The staff here is amazing 🙂 got my brace from them over 2 years ago ( very good experience then) and needed some touch ups on the Velcro, the staff member that answered the phone was friendly and made sure I knew she was on top of helping me get it fixed. After hearing back from Nate I had an appointment the next morning and my brace is phenomenal again! I definitely recommend this company!!

Excellent customer service. Worked with Kendall, she was very sweet to work with , communicated well with me on meeting up to check me out on a CPM machine for hip surgery, very responsive ,the day before we were to pick it up. Drop off was easy , highly recommend this company

I overplanned my appointments for upcoming spinal surgery, worried and stressed that they would conflict with each other. I showed up 2 hours early in hopes to be seen. They got me right in and saw me, fitted me for my back brace, and got me out with plenty of time to make my next appointment in Post Falls. Great team, super helpful and friendly. Would recommend to meet your needs for Prosthetics & Orthotics.

What a poorly run outfit. Ended up with a broken CPM machine. Wanted to return it early but all the employees were out of the office for several days. When I did return it I pointed out that the machine was broken and they did nothing, no credit due to the broken machine or for the days I could not return it due to their lack of staffing. I also purchased an ice machine to ice the affected surgery area and was told it would be available in one day. Three days later if showed up in their office when it was supposed to be sent to my home. (could have bought one on Amazon for less and delivered sooner). The billing office keeps calling me for payment on the ice machine and I told them I will gladly pay it once I am able to talk to the Spokane office to receive some sort of credit on the broken CPM machine. After months of going back and forth they now have begun adding on late fees yet no response from the Spokane office after repeated calls. Customers beware, this business is very poorly run.

As I encountered a setback following my total knee replacement Kendall was quick to address my interest in a CPM device. While there seems to be some issue others have noted regarding insurance coverage Kendall was straightforward regarding my insurance benefit. In case the others haven't tasted the bitter treatment which is the norm for many insurerance companies refusal of coverage is the business model for many companies. Pacific Medical was great! Thanks

BEWARE!!! Daughter had hip surgery and needed a CPM machine, when we picked it up we were told IN WRITING. That they would be billing TriCare $47/day for the machine and anything TriCare didn't cover we would be responsible for. They billed TriCare $65/day for the rental, TriCare reimbused $56/day for the rental, and now they are billing us an additional$150?? I've talked to their corporate office twice to no avail. What a complete and total scam. The machine that we rented can be purchased for $5200, and they bill it out for $65/day!!! This is what is wrong with our healthcare system. I will be reaching out to TriCare in regards to fraud waste and abuse of the our insurance.

WOW!!! I suggest the manager/supervisor of region 6 take a class on conflict resolution, rather than blame everyone but someone in your office possibly making a mistake.

I had left hip labral tear repair surgery on 2/22/23 and found both employees we worked with in obtaining a CPM to be very friendly, considerate, and helpful and would highly recommend them.

Kendall and Serena has been excellent and were a great help and they were able to answer all my questions and concerns about renting the CPM machine after my recent knee replacement surgery. Bit of a miscommunication on appointment time but Serena showed up shortly after she was notified that I had arrived and came back to the office to help. Very informative and gave clear instructions on the equipment.

Terrible billing office. They will bill you you for whatever equipment you get, then never answer the phone so you can make a payment. I had a payment plan set up and then all of a sudden they just started tacking on late fees even though i was told by Antoinette there would be no late fees because of a payment plan. They NEVER answer the phone. Secondary insurance was never billed and they said they couldn't do it due to "timely filing ". I called my insurance and Blue Cross said yes it can still be billed. I've been calling them multiple times a week over the past few months to get copies of records and payments to submit to insurance on my own, have left vm with my address teeling them exactly what I need, etc. Still no response. I worked as a biller for 5 years and NEVER did we put patients off like this.
