This was such a flop experience. I’d be embarrassed if I had to be taught how to simply greet a customer…I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service I just received. Imagine walking up to a counter and not being acknowledged, with two employees who are already there just standing/sitting, not occupied with other customers! I said “hello” to alert their attention and two girls behind the counter looked right at me and then looked away without saying anything to me, Not even a “hello” back… they just turned away and continued their conversation.I continued to wait for someone to help check me out and luckily their manager was folding clothes right by them and noticed me and he took initiative. Thank you to the young man who was the manager.My two cents is this:We need people in management who can help train/mentor the younger generation, *cough* MY GENERATION, to treat people with respect and take pride in their customer service.

Management, please take note; My daughter and I went shopping at this location on Sunday, June 11th in the morning. There were two girls working in there who looked miserable and irritated. We were there for 20 minutes and they never once even said hello to us, never approached us, never asked if we wanted any help, etc. At three separate times, the employees walked within a few feet of us, made eye contact with me and turned their heads away like they did not want to be bothered.I observed about four more people come into the store and they never once acknowledged anyone and they just looked irritable. Most of them just walked out without buying anything.When my daughter found an item to buy, she actually said to me, "here is the part I hate. I hate going up to the registers because the girls that work here always looks so moody, irritated and like they don't want to be bothered with me. I don't even know why I shop here". And that's coming from a 16-year-old girl.You really need to fire these girls or at least train them to be pleasant and welcoming. We went into three other clothing stores during our visit at the mall And those three stores had employees who greeted us with big smiles and checked in with us and we were glad to give them our business.I honestly don't want my daughter ever buying anything from this place again. And considering how everyone else kept walking out without buying anything, you could really benefit by getting rid of these two worthless employees.

i can never go into this store without getting the dirtiest looks every single time, so if you’re not a preppy clone who looks like every person in there i don’t recommend

The customer service was awful. Upon Walkin in the store, we were watched the whole time but never once offered a greeting or help! 3 employees stood around cracking jokes and when we asked for a dressing room the lady working glared at us while one of the men rudely responde with a grumbling reply.

PACSUN robbed my daughter! They ran one pair of pants twice in one day and then again the next day. I thought I could call and talk to someone but No. the phone number goes no where and main numbers says chat. Chat says call store. It’s the WORST!

Bought 3 pairs of shorts on sale brought one back to exchange for a bigger size. They refused to exchange them even though I have the original receipt. Told me that I have to bring all 3 pairs of shorts back in order to exchanging 1 pairs. I never had this problem before with any stores ever.The worst customer service ever v

I called to put some items on hold and the girl I talked to was SO nice and helpful. Even though they didn’t have the size I needed in some of my items, I still really appreciated the service she provided!

I ordered 4 items from them a little over 5 months ago, two of the items arrived a couple months back but the other 2 haven’t even shipped yet. I’ve tried to email and contact them with no luck. Very disappointed wont be buying from them online ever again.

Basically I was checking out and the manager asked me if I wanted to start an account or something, I respectfully declined the offer she then continued to call me a l**** but the guy next great hard working guy that backed me up to the disrespectful claims that the manager had said to me. I thank the the employee that helped me out in this situation

I wanted to write a review because I had a particularly good experience at this store on the evening of Thanksgiving! A young man, Taylor at the Spokane Valley Mall Pacsun, immediately greeted me with a warm smile. I told him I was looking for a very specific product for my 16 year old daughter. He promptly told me the three places I could find such products, and when I asked him to help me pick one for her he was so helpful and even told me the color he thought would look good on a girl! I wanted to thank this store for having excellent customer service! You should be very proud of your employees knowledge of the store and enthusiasm in his work! I ended up buying the lavender Champion cropped sweatshirt! Thanks again!
