Worst customer service. I was signed up for auto pay and their service didn't renew my account so my phone automatically turned off. I contacted support and they could not reactivate my account unless they charged me full price, no auto pay discount. They also could not credit me the $4 difference. I talked to 4 different customer service representatives and they all had the same thing to say. What a bunch of crooks.
