Contactless process. Clean unit & grounds, helpful and accommodating staff. FYI: they do add the price of their barrel lock to the 1st mo payment & you have to purchase insurance... so be prepared.

The front desk gal was very helpful, there had been some miscommunication on our unit but she cleared it up and gave me the info I needed to help prevent another mishap. The unit is a great size and easy to access.

Spotless, safe, and friendly! Staff was so helpful I half expected them to offer me snacks. The place is so clean my boxes probably feel fancy now. No riff raff, no weird hang‑outs — just pure “my stuff is living its best life” energy. If I need storage again, I’m rolling back in like it’s a VIP reunion.

The place is great when their front gate doesn’t breakdown and won’t let you enter. Even better if it happens on a Sunday and no one will pick up the phone. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us. Our gate code is current and our balance is current. Saw several other people tried to get in too and their codes did not work either. I have called a left messages but no one calls you back. The number the provided in the response leads to an answering machine. Thank God I didn’t need to get anything I needed that day, but if I had a motorhome or a trailer that I didn’t for a trip or vacation, I would still be outside waiting to get in. It is unacceptable to not have anyone a available when the gate stops working for everyone.
