Maintenance is a little slow on fixing issues and their is dog poop everywhere but overall good place to live

Things are finally getting done around here. I feel bad tho cause he's by himself and has an abundance of things to do. Maybe getting him a secondary. Also, can we please have green grass??? Like next door. Maybe some security cameras. The crime rate is sickening.
