Was great until you needed to get ahold of somebody. Doesn't return calls and takes 50 tries to actually reach someone on the phone. Pro tip call sales and say you have a big order to place, you might actually get someone.

If you're going to change your hours do it where people can see it i just drove WAY out of my way to get here to find out you guys aren't open for your stupid half Saturday anymore well thanks a lot you might have just lost a longtime customer I've been going here since it was country homes building supply.

We have had a horrible experience with Parr. We used them for doors for the new home we are building. Just to make sure there were no issues we had Jessie, the salesperson, come out and measure the openings. Some doors came broken while others were the wrong size. Some of the incorrect doors are custome and it will take 6 weeks to get a replacement. We are under a time crunch and no one is responding or taking responsibility. Many of our calls are not being answered. If they are, the people we are talking to are passing the buck.

They mean well, but communication and customer service is lacking. In person interaction have all been great. Was given a card, with email and phone. Told I could place my order on the phone.
Good luck getting anyone on the phone ever. You have to literally harass the people on the phone answering service and ask for a manager in order to talk to anyone. Also nobody that answers the phone is actually local. Doesn't matter if you have an active order or delivery, there is little effort for communication. My order was not complete and there was a delay, I was told one time and that wasn’t actually a real time, then turns out the order was missing something I asked for in writing in an email. There’s no denying that.
Product is good and delivery timing was reasonable, but ultimately very little communication. Once they did communicate, extremely apologetic and pleasant, but this phone business and lack of communication happened on multiple occasions. The inconvenience of the whole thing left a very bad taste in my mouth. It made things difficult to get things done and there doesn’t seem to be any attempt to rectify the system based on other reviews here over the years.

Absolutely. Fantastic service products always available. They will be glad to help you load. Cut your material shorter if you need to fit them and Dan at the front desk is a rocking dude. Always friendly, always glad to help always smiling and always positive. This guy is an excellent person to have when you first walk in the store right there. And ready to help. I'm actually here right now picking up materials.

I Tried to order a couple doors about a month ago. called back 3 weeks later to check on my order since i handn't heard anything. I was told my order was never placed, but they would get my order in so i could expect to get those doors soon. I called back a week later and got the same story. My order was never placed again. . . . attached is a photo of my room without doors :(
