Great staff and deals, most negative reviews come from childish people who don't understand how pawn shops are run.Dont be afraid to ask questions the staff always take care of customers to the greatest of their abilities, as well their online selection is always fantastic.

I thought I could use a specific, not too easy to find, brushless impact driver, and Pawn 1 Monroe had one. As it turned out, mostly because of stuff on my end, the deal needed quite a bit of communication. They answer their phone, listen, think, understand and get it done. Terryn, Louis, Levi, and Brandy of Buya are way at the top of the customer service curve. And then I asked for effective packaging, and it came - yards of paper, bubble wrap and some kind of neat stretch wrap, not nasty tape, in a well-chosen box. (And perhaps for the first time in the history of USPS their Ground Advantage was quick! I expected arrival perhaps on Saturday, it arrived Wednesday morning.) My mind cannot imagine better. So be kind to yourself and to them and buy Pawn 1 Monroe!

Tearin, a manager, was beyond helpful in both product knowledge and fair market value pricing. He, along with his team, were extremely helpful, had positive attitudes and offered an overall great shopping experience! Thank you for the excellent help and awesome deal! I called and asked if they have any PC's. The guy who answered the phone put me on hold for 15 mins. When he came back on he told me they have some. I asked him for the specs of the most expensive one they had in stock. He said sorry I am too busy to do that, and the he hung-up in my face. This was after I waited on hold for over 15mins. I was very patient and respectful the entire time. This has wasted a good portion of my day away, just dealing with this disrespect and having to get on my laptop to leave this review is all time consuming. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love going to this Pawn 1 location, because it's one of the best ones in my opinion. Staff is really helpful and friendly, especially Aaron...he helped me last time I was there and it was a great experience. It's in a great location and easy to get to and I have to give it up on the cleanliness of the store as well. So all that being said, I recommend that you go to this location for your pawn needs because you won't be disappointed.
