One way or another, PETCO has delivered the dog food I need without having to worry about running out of the food I needed.
I have choices of food suppliers, but I choose PETCO.

I don’t know, I came in about 10-15 min after opening. And the person with short hair checking me out played on her phone while checking me out. Asked me for my number for rewards, no actual greeting. I told her I didn’t have one. She suggested I should sign up. I declined. She said it doesn’t cost a thing, declined again. She then said I would save $4 if I signed up.
I was there to get my cat’s last bag of cat litter she’ll need, she’s dying. Each push was like a kick in the stomach, she must get a kick back if she signs people up. But completely insensitive, read the room lady.

I also have a complaint against this store we were in there and we were told no that we could not adopt a cat I don't know what you guys are doing to train these people but you're definitely not doing their job I see homeless people all the time with animals that shouldn't be in their custody but when it comes to actual person with an address and Tennessee to give an animal a loving home you turn them away I want to know why you can give an animal to someone who is homeless for someone who is willing to give that animal a home such as the cat that I come trying to come in and get very disappointed in your servants and will never come in again

EDIT: The grooming lead reached out and offered to fix the haircut and I really appreciated that. I don't feel comfortable leaving my dog somewhere I have left a bad review, but they definitely did the right thing.
The groom was $100.00 + tip, and I really don't feel his hair was cut very well. I believe they gave him a bath, sanitary trim, teeth brushed, nails clipped at the very most.

Wow this was a waste of time and a waste. They don't have s*** for s*** you can get all their kenneling stuff and everything that's in this store online for way cheaper through other stores this s*** should be shut down because they don't have anything on hands at hands for decent affordable pricing in the store for cats or dogs

We have all over the country and this Petco is by far the best.
We have taken in our dogs for grooming 3 times now and they always get it right.
They listen to what we ask for.
We did the valley location once and will never go again, they were terrible.
Thank you for the excellent grooming!!
