The Gm Zach is an absolute disgrace to the company and the customer service industry. We went in 30 min before close, just got off work, to grab a fish for my classroom. The female employee Tiffany was tending to the reptiles when I approached her to ask some questions about wish fish she thought would be perfect for my classroom, after going over my options I decided on a couple fish when an employee named Jared came up to her and told her no more fish at 15 min to close. I understand closing duties but there are 2 customers me and another woman who were being helped. Rather then helping the other woman that employee walked away after telling Tiffany that she needed to hurry up that they didn't want to be there 45 min after close like last time. These are live animals being cared for a customers that needed help. As she was grabbing my last fish the manager Zack came up to her and told her no more fish, she said there was another customer who had been waiting for help and needed fish. He told her no he didn't care no more fish and walked away instead of helping the other woman. Tiffany helped the other lady anyway, and I am glad, she took care of the customer, we both made it out of the store 7 minutes before they closed the door. His unacceptable behavior towards a young female employee was disturbing to say the least. I called corporate in fear of her being reprimanded for helping the customer. But due to Zachs poor attitude and the way he talked to an employee on the floor with customers around they have lost a customer. Period.

Tiffany was a gem and deserved better then this.

It's a Petco, same as every other one. This one actually seems to have a enough staff for the place which seems rarer and rarer these days.

The man in the fish department was beyond helpful! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. He was very knowledgeable about fish and helped me understand how to create a healthy eco-system for my fish, he also helped save our fish’s life. So glad I made the phone call and drive up north for our fish. Thank you ! This is the place to go and he is the guy to talk to:)

Went in to shop the fish department. Several tanks had dead fish in them with multiple being eaten by their tank mates. We walked right out without purchasing anything. Will not recommend this location for any fish needs. The ammonia must be off the charts in those tanks as they had been dead for a while.

Booked an appointment for my dog that weighs no more than 25 lbs. I was called and they asked her weight, I told then 20 lbs give or take 4 or 5. The last time she was weighed she was 24lbs and hasn't gained any weight since then. I booked her as a Small which had a max of 25 lbs, which she is within the weight bracket of. I was told that because some of THEIR groomers had a weight restriction that I needed to book her as a Medium size dog (26 - 50 lbs) and pay extra for that. Will not be booking any appointments with them from here on. Promptly canceled the appointments for both of my dogs, we will find elsewhere that doesn't charge extra for a groomers incompetence.
