Friendly, helpful management and employees. When I can't find something I need at box stores I can usually find it at Peter's. I went in today to see if they sold a tool to open my key fob to change the battery (locksmith wanted lots of $$$). The gentleman went one step further than he had to. He looked it up on YouTube and changed the battery for me. I appreciate his help so much.

Like the old-fashioned hardware store with help full knowledgeable staff. I've been going to Peter's since the 70' with my dad. Great little hardware store.

I needed a custom key cut. Went to many other hardware stores, nobody could cut it. I brought it here and they cut it no problem. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone

???? THE MOST EXPENSIVE HARDWARE STORE IN SPOKANE,HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE,EVERYTHING THEY SALE IS COMPLETELY OLD AND POOR QUALITY AT BEST.AND IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS,THEY WONT HELP YOU,BUT THEY WILL TELL YOU IT UOURBFAULT AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN.COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

So I've been going to Pete's for at least 5 years. Have loved it since day one. Walked and immediately felt like family. One of those shops that when ya walk in and tell em what you got going on, it's now their project. Even the new guy who helped me had made sure I got what I needed. Also they did a full remodel and it looks amazing.
