I use Petsmart Banfield Pet Hospital for my cats vet needs. I really like them. Dr. Faus at Spokane's on Newport Hwy is the best!

I have Chris do my male cat Binx's nails and grooming. Today was our 2nd time with her. She was super sweet and was super excited to see him again. Praised about how good he was for her, and just made me relax about the whole thing. Binx didn't seem stressed with her only nervous (but I expected that) she is very friendly and very gentle and calm for my pet, even let me know when some of his wet treat got on his blakent that is in his carrier. Definitely recommend her for grooming and even nails. Does a great job, and even let me know that they almost went to short on one but didn't. Just letting me know how it all went, and that he is just the prince and such a sweet boy!

I prefer to shop local, but I made an exception for grooming my pup this time, as she was overdue and they had availability. My pup is the happiest, most friendly girl around. When I picked her up, she was antsy and scared. As I was checking out, I witnessed two of the groomers speaking harshly to dogs and grabbing their faces firmly and with force. I understand that it is difficult to work with squirmy dogs, but the way they were handling those dogs was not necessary. I can only imagine how my dog was treated after witnessing that, and her timid behavior once I picked her up. They also told me it would be 3-4 hours, and I did not receive a call that she was ready until 6 hours after I dropped her off. Happy to continue to support local and won’t be coming back ..

I take my puppies to Petsmart groomers all the time! They always take amazing care of my babies and do an amazing job with bath and haircuts for a reasonable price. Scheduling on the app is super easy, and the drop off/pick up is quick and hassle-free. Certain grooming packages also include nail grind, teeth cleaning, face wash, paw/nose butter, and upgraded shampoos/furminator. Both my Great Pyrenees and Rat terrier receive excellent care from the staff!

The cost to groom my 6-pound toy poodle just went up $8 in one month. Up up up. No notice.
For $53 today, the groomer did not even trim
her ears, and this cost is standard for a poodle grooming.
“…Ear trimming is a crucial part of the maintaining a poodle's overall health. It helps prevent ear infections and ensures the dog's
comfort.” Should I have to ask 2 months in a row for ear trim?
This company always takes FOUR hours to groom her, and that is simply ridiculous. One hour is all it should take to groom this tiny fluff ball. I never let her wait so many hours, mostly locked in a kennel, without going potty. It’s just cruel.

They will take your cart in a second - I had several things in it and went to next isle over for 2 mins and it was gone - then I got a lecture to not leave my cart in the isle.

The associates were extremely helpful. I was in to adopt two cats after seeing posts that they were not adopted for two days. The local animal shelter associates were not in yet, and the store helped me get answers for questions I had on the cats. They then helped in the paperwork and picked out the best food for them.
