The best auto loan experience I have ever had. Strongly recommend giving them an opportunity to be your best loan experience also.

I have been a member first when it was Sears Credit Union and now we joined PrimeSource. But now we are not a person we are just a number I have had all of my loans with Sears and now that I want to get a different car a 2007 Mazda they say it is to old and want me to put down half of the loan I have never ever not paid my loans off and being a member for as long as I have been should speak volumes So please think twice before joining

I have been a member ever since the Sears Credit union merg together. Now we are not treated as a person we are just a number. If it sound like I am a little bitter I am. U have had eve loan thr my credit union. Keep in mind I have been. member for over 30 years. So when I wanted to buy a car for 6000 they said it was too old and I need to put down 2100 dollars. I think it is time to find a new financing partner for me. I guess what I miss the most about the small credit union is the trust that you would pay your loan. those days are gone.

Plaid won’t accept PSCU, it’s the second quarter of 2023 and PSCU still hasn’t switched to tap to pay cards, and their customer service team doesn’t even spell properly or use proper grammar in responding to the few reviews they do! This credit union has become more and more of a joke each year. It’s embarrassing how outdated their app, webpage, and internal systems are. Staff never answer the phones and the banks an always empty… not a good sign. Take your money and assets elsewhere

Every time I call I spend a good chunk of time on hold. Apple Pay was just added to users of PrimeSource cards. Absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t use it before. Not to mention that both the PS webpage and app are poorly made a seem to always be glitchy or down for maintenance. PrimeSource also doesn’t offer tap to pay cards. I’m seriously considering transferring to STCU.

I must say I’m kind of shocked and surprised at the negative reviews. I’m also a little skeptical of some as well… we’ve banked with primesource for about six years now. They handle all our financial needs. We have had a HELOC through them, multiple auto loans, an RV loan, side by side loans, personal loans, etc. and have had nothing but fantastic service with them. We primarily bank at the north branch but have done business at the valley branch as well and have never been met with or seen anything but polite and upbeat courteous employees. I’d recommend them to anyone hands down.

I have been a member here for years on time payments.they do a Promotion here of you can skip a payment for a month just pay the 50.00 dallor fee per loan. Well with Christmas coming up I thought I would take advantage of that little did I know they said I didn't pay my bill and I'm late and the fee money I sent in went to a savings account that I have no access to.not one phone call or message that there was any issue Just a letter stating that I'm delinquent and late and it may affect my credit. Very Is disappointed with the service after all my loyal years with this company.

After years with PrimeSource CU I will be switching banks. I want to say first that the staff has always been pleasant and helpful and this has never been an issue. The main reason I will be banking elsewhere is that recently my debit card was declined for some reason (there was money in my account) and I could not get ahold of anyone on Saturday or Sunday. I had to wait 48 hours to call the branch when they opened Monday morning because they have no after hours number to help with these issues. Not only is it embarrassing to have your card declined, I have bills and purchases to make on weekends, as I'm sure many people would. Another issue I had with PrimeSource is the first time car buyer loan program. I tried to get an auto loan years ago and as someone with a 700+ credit score, I expected to get a reasonable rate. However, because I had only ever paid cash for my vehicles and had no history of an auto loan, the lowest rate I could get was something like 12%. I had been a home owner and paying my own bills without late payments for almost a decade. I ended up getting a loan through Navy Federal for 2.5% after that. Overdraft fees are also high and they charge you for the first offense. The website and app are glitchy and out of date compared to other institutions. I know this is a small bank, but I need something more accommodating to my needs and I think other people should be aware of these issues when looking for a bank or credit union.

Courtney Bolton at Prime Source Credit Union made our auto loan process smooth & easy. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and efficiently handled the financing process, explaining everything along the way. She even gave our daughter a piggy-bank from her shelf, that our daughter liked. Great experience, start to finish! Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend!

Trying to pay off our vehicle loan with this credit union and because their app is garbage and won't let me log in(even tho my login info is saved!) I tried calling the branch just to get a payoff for our loan (which I'm not on because it's my husband's account prior to us marrying) and they can't even tell me what the balance is so I can send them the entire amount to be done with them. I am now seeing the previous reviews and I wish we would of seen those before we opened an account with them....
