I watched a woman across the street pull up in a truck with a big forklift hooked to the back of it and a bunch of lumber to build a house. It was fun watching her drive that forklift and unload all that lumbershe did her job like a pro Good job

They work very slowly and miss all deadlines. They don't try to help, probably because there's not much competition. I don't recommend them.

So far I gave them a set of plans for lumber package and i'm still not getting everything for the build, And the trusses they tried to deliver before lumber and then said the 18th and then 29th and I have to call just to find out when there are coming why? Today is the 30th. No texts no calls. Very disappointed.

I don't really like shopping here. The customer service counter is in a room with lots of people at desks who look up when you walk in and it feels like they aren't really there to help you - you are interrupting their work...that's how it feels.... they say they are open to the public but they act like they only want to work with contractors. I think their products are probably ok. Don't know about their prices.

I would give them no stars if I could. I had an absolute terrible experience trying to purchase and design my kitchen cabinets with them. I went weeks and months without hearing anything after getting measurements and trying to finalize a bid. I got absolutely no help or was offered no professional advice on what cabinets and accessories they offered. I had to do my own research on everything. Every time I called to follow up it was excuse after excuse. The owner has no care in the world about the service his employees are giving.
