Jamie Hillhouse at Spokane ProSource is very knowledgeable of the carpet samples in the store and was able to pull out the sample boards with just what we were looking for in record time, saving us time and frustration. We love working with Jamie!
We choose Shad McLeod to install the carpet and he and Travis arrived on time and made short work of the job. Shad recommended waiting overnight for the carpet to settle into shape after being folded to enable it to be to be brought into the room. They arrived the next day and stretched in into place. It looks good and we are very pleased with all aspects of the purchase and installation.

Our interior design company loves working with Josh for all our material needs! He's such a wonderful person, great communicator, and always helps us with whatever we need or request. He goes well above and beyond for his clients!! We highly recommend Prosource!

Upon entering the business we were greeted and a gentle scolding about not having an appointment. Signs on the doors and everywhere inside. Don’t take anything. If it’s that big a problem maybe another way of handling it could be found instead creating such a negative atmosphere. Not one thing felt proactive or helpful toward our goal of remodeling a kitchen. Not sure I ever saw anyone smile and certainly never heard a word of welcome or we are grateful you are here. If the $20 a sq ft prices on the LVP are a cost savings I hate to see what retail is. Not sure, what was what, since we had a three minute walk through and no help after that. I guess I will accept responsibility for not making an appointment. Sure would have been nice if your Facebook ad suggested at all that it was very important to have an appointment to get any real customer service. I am so sorry we were a bother during your day. We won’t make that mistake again.

As a Spokane based general contractor, we take extreme pride in all of our projects and demand that from our vendors and subcontractors. ProSource has never once fell short on exactly that. Both Nick and Milly nail it every time and never leave us hanging. Great company to work with!!

This place is so amazing, very informative and knowledgeable. The staff is amazing and very friendly. We did a big bathroom remodel all by ourselves well with the help of Nick the owner and operator. He and his staff answered every question and every problem had a solution!Thank you we will be back with many more projects.It’s so nice to go in and be able to see the product and materials in front of you, bring a coffee you will be there awhile so many options.

Fantastic crew they have here! We remodeled our kitchen with their Bellmont cabinets roughly a year ago and they’ve been AMAZING! They had great communication, input on things I knew nothing about, courtesy, and such a positive energy! I’ve since had a couple questions regarding the cabinets & Nick was happy to help & answer promptly. Did I mention he’s the owner!? Not many business owners are there in the thick of it with their crew. Definitely a business I want to support & come back for.

We worked with Melissa at Prosource and she was fantastic! She was very patient with us while we were working on picking out flooring for our home. She was knowledgeable about the products, great about her communication and responsiveness when we had questions and so kind! We will definitely be back as we have new projects to work on in our house. Thank you!

Had gone in to pick out tile for shower along with flooring. After picking out the tile and mosaic flooring we were told several days later that the tile was on back order for three months and would have to pick new tile for the wall. We were also told at the same time they ordered the mosaic tile already and would have to pay for the restocking fee and freight cost of it if we did not go with it. They could not give me a clear answer as to why they would order one product if the other one was not available. Decided I was not going to do business with them and did not pay and went to home depot where I know something is in stock. Ended up saving a lot more, because you can return what you don't use. Person who we had dealt with was Jennifer. I do not recommend this place at all! Hire a contractor and just get the materials from Home Depot/Lowes! They don't give you prices up front, they are over priced and they don't seem to know if anything is in stock until they order it. (At least that's the bs they gave me.)
