I have always been scared of anything involving needles. To the point where I would panic when an I.V. was started.The Phlebotomists in the Lab at Sacred Heart are such Pro’s that I barely feel anything at all. Let me tell you, after being in the E.D. downstairs with four technicians and 2 nurses all trying to draw blood one night, and leaving with pin cushion arms, the lab is pure Heaven!! Thank you to everyone working in the Lab, doing blood draws. I have finally started to feel as ease whenever my Dr’s ask for blood panels. You have made things so much better for this former scaredy-cat!!
