My husband took my daughter in for a barky cough that is causing her to puke and they were rushed out the door. Refused to test her for anything. Told us just to give Tylenol and rushed her out the door. They were there for a total of 20 mins. Even when my husband said he wanted her tested they refused. Easy insurance money I'm sure.

i had to get stitches at the er last week and they told me to go to urgent care to get them removed since my primary dr is out of state. i have a job so i called to make an appointment for later in the day and she cut me off telling to just come in and when i did it was an hour and a half wait and other people kept going in in front of me so i had to make an appointment for the next day and leave to pick someone up. when i got here today the lobby only had two people in it and i had an appointment and i still waited 25 minutes to be called back after people who just walked in got to cut in front again and then another 10 waiting for someone to come cut them out of my head. what’s the point of an appointment if you don’t follow it obviously i made an appointment because i needed a time to get it done.

I thought your urgent care staff were the best. I felt very comfortable and was extremely satisfied with my care. I was hoping for a survey so I could let them know they all are outstanding and deserve to be recognized for such great care. Thanks again

Very professional staff that was kind and informative, listened to my concerns and were all very friendly. The phlebotomist was probably the best I’ve ever encountered! (I wish I had caught his name, I think maybe Joe?) anyways, it was the easiest, quickest blood work I’ve ever had done. Great team all around and made a huge difference to me while I was so anxious about feeling unwell. 11/10!

My visit was exceptional. Everyone exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. I only waited two minutes before being taken to the examination room and promptly seen by the PA. She was professional in every way as well as compassionate to my discomfort and making every effort to minimize my discomfort. I'm very satisfied and recommend this Urgent Care. 100%

Incredible quick, friendly staff, competent on all levels. Thank you! Saved my sis in law from a real nasty cut, quick stitches and g2g. To be frank, it was the best experience I've had yet at a medical facility.

Both my parents are out of town so I did what I could as a 19yo dealing with some pretty persistent pain from my disorder and went to this urgent care. I was accused of looking for narcotics and told that this was a place for lacerations and contusions. Doctor rolled her eyes when I told her I only had Advil to TRY and help the pain. Her response was along of the lines of “why are you here if Advil helps?” It doesn’t help. Which I let her know.Anyways, don’t go here if you have anything more than a bruise. You’ll likely be given the least amount of care available and leave with absolutely no help.

Are you looking to have the worst medical care of your life as well as being billed $550 incorrectly months after your visit for no reason? Providence is perfect for you. This place is such a disaster. When I was seen in early March I was very sick. they brought me into a room where I was forgotten about for 3 hours. When they remembered I existed the doctor took another 45 minutes to see me. They basically do nothing besides give me fluids and send me out the door. The doctor used the chair my parter was sitting on for three hours with a piece of paper that she put on top of it to prepare and set up her tools for my I.V as supposed to a tray or counter top. I pay my bill a week later and the total was around $300. Now it is the end of may and I just got a new bill from them saying I owe another $550 for my visit in march that I had already payed for in full. Insanity. Don’t go here. They will treat you poorly, do anything to make profit off of you, and most likely not even help you.

I would rather go to the hospital than here. If you have an emergency, go anyway BUT here. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this place. I called ahead of time and told them I needed to get blood drawn for my surgeon and they didn’t get enough blood drawn before and called me today and said I needed to have it redone right away so I wasn’t charged, so I wanted to be sure if I needed an appointment or if I could walk in. They told me to walk in and they close at 8pm, so I asked “so as long as I’m there before 8pm I’m good?” And they said “yes, but it might be a long wait because urgent care patients will come first” I told them “I would hope the urgent care patients would come first before blood work” and we laughed and that was it. I decide to wait until right before closing so I wasn’t showing up at the same time as a bunch of urgent care patients.Well, I ended up not being able to find the place, having to go in a big circle because of all the one ways, and end up getting here at 7:47. As I pull in I see the “closed” sign turned on and I go inside and ask them, “I called in earlier to have blood work done for my surgeon and they said as long as I got here before 8:00 I was good, but your sign says closed?” And they said “yeah, you’ll have to come back tomorrow.” I looked at the time and said “but it’s 7:49 and my surgeon needs this blood work today, is there any way you guys can take my blood real fast?” and they said “oh... well, the lab closes at 7:45 so there’s no way we can do that. You’ll have to come back tomorrow.”As I’m typing this review, I’m sitting here in the parking lot and I just looked up from my phone at 7:55 and the building is empty and everyone has already left. These people are just lazy and want to get out of work early before closing time. They should be working until closing regardless of the lab, they shouldn’t have their closed sign on before the actual closing time, and because of the rush they were all in to get out BEFORE 8:00, it makes me doubt that they actually weren’t able to take my blood tonight and instead they just didn’t want to because they didn’t feel like doing their jobs.I’ve never even seen an urgent care that tried to rush out before the closing time that’s listed on their building. I’ve even had emergencies happen with myself, my husband, and my son at separate times where they happened late at night and we had to rush to get to an urgent care before they closed to avoid paying for the ER and every time that has happened, as long as we got there before the closing time on the building, they were nice and acted like they wanted to help and saw us, since of course, it was BEFORE closing. This place started clearing out at LEAST 10 minutes before they were supposed to be closing down. And on top of their laziness to perform their jobs, they even gave someone incorrect information over the phone who needs blood work done for their surgeon immediately, causing me to not only waste gas from driving out here and having to drive somewhere else again tomorrow, but also causing me to now having to call the surgeon in the morning and let them know I wasn’t able to get it done before the end of today like they asked and to have to call the lab in the morning and my insurance to make sure I’m not billed for the previous test that didn’t get enough blood because I now wasn’t able to have it redone today like they said I needed to avoid being charged for the previous tests.I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I would rather go through the hassle of going to Sacred Heart hospital and going through the parking garage and paying to park and getting lost in the maze rather than coming back here and dealing with people in the healthcare industry who don’t want to do their job and help people. And from here on out, myself and my family will never come here in the event of needing an urgent care and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. As someone with a lot of health problems, their lack of decency and willingness to perform their jobs thoroughly disgusts me.
