Billing is rude and discriminates against US Army veterans. When I'm on the borderline homeless, they refuse to work with the state or va programs to help me with my bill.

Ricardo was great did great, as I’ am a hard stick and I told him to just start with the draw in my hand and he had no problem doing it and I felt nothing .

Immediately as I got my blood drawn I felt tons of nerve pain in my lower forearm and the gal drawing my blood said it was normal. Well, it's now a week later and it's getting worse and I can't pick up my kids, exercise, or do normal things without pain now.

It is always a challenge when I have to have my blood drawn. It was so easy at Quest. It took longer to fill out the paperwork than it did getting my blood drawn. He also did in one try and got 4 vials of blood. I am extremely pleased!

Scheduled an appointment online 2 weeks prior. Was supposed to get a Galleri blood draw. Arrived and no appointment in their system, no receptionist and no way to contact someone on the phone. All automated, disgusting. Gave me a walking appointment with a long wait. No thank you, took my business elsewhere.
Called Galleri and found a different option for my draw.
I would not recommend Quest Diagnostics to anyone.

Cookie, you did a wonderful job! I had to give blood and she did such a great job I didn’t even feel it! I love Quest and how easy the check in was. I was literally in and out within 6mins. Highly recommended and I highly recommend Cookie because I didn’t even feel the poke, she’s awesome!!

My expectations if what was needed for my appt we different and I was initially irritated. The staff were calm and worked with me to figure it out. They were amazing and I am grateful for their calm attitudes in my stressful situation

Unfortunately can't remember the young ladies name that drew my blood. She was absolutely wonderful. She made an experience that I don't usually enjoy pretty pleasant.

The lab tech was so professional and very efficient. She was friendly and I didn’t even feel being stuck for my labs. Very patient with me as I was unable to urinate for a UDS for pre employment for over an hour and a half.
