I've gone to this lab many times over the years. The first time was back when I had a high-risk pregnancy and had to get blood draws every week. That was over 13yrs ago, and didn't have any issues then. Now I go a few times a year as one of my doctors likes to order labs here. They have remodeled the inside and have an easy to use setup online or a kiosk when you walk in. They're always quick, friendly, and professional. I don't know why others don't like them, but I've never had an issue here. Seems some reviewers don't understand how online appts work or walk up kiosks. In fact, it's easier than trying to get a worker to do it for you. Which hasn't been a thing for years in all the labs I've been to. The kiosk scans your insurance card, and you can add any other info needed on there, too. Also, if you don't give the proper insurance info correctly, you won't be billed correctly. It's pretty straightforward, and how most labs work. Once you go back for your blood draw, the tech will verify your info and can help you with any questions you may have then. Seems others want to be waited on hand and foot. Most healthcare facilities have workers who are overworked and underappeciated. I see patients go in often with no idea what to do or how anything works, then blame the workers. Instead, try understanding the process and know what info of your insurance is needed. If you're not used to technology check-ins, take your time and make an appt online at home first and upload all your info then. If you have any questions first, call your insurance or doctor's office who ordered the labs. Insurance can tell you what info to provide, or the lab tech can help you once your name gets called back to do your labs. That's how it's supposed to work. I've used other labs in the Spokane area that were not good, but they were all set up this way. So far, all the workers here seem efficient and professional compared to otherplaces in town. I will try and get all my labs here from now on.

Extremely complex to navigate all automated systems with no one to help or direct you whatsoever. As someone with many disabilities I found this lab testing site to be confusing, defeating and immensely stressful. Many improvements need to be made in order for an automated system to be streamlined.

4 out of 5 staff members are novices. I get jabbed at least three times before they call in an experienced person to hit a vein.Appointment scheduling with the app is 50/50 that it actually makes the appointment. Then I’m served as a walk-in, having to wait over 30mins for an opening.I’m going to find a different service. The difficulties of being served at Quest is too inconvenient.

Make sure your phlebotomist DOES indeed check that your insurance and contact information is accurate on your second, third etc. visit.I had a great experience in Nov 2021, but this last February the phlebotomist was just too anxious to end their work day. Also when does a lab tech become a billing specialist??? He said my information was good to go, but that wasn't the case.Overall why I give a one star rating: Quest Diagnostics doesn't have a human touch. If a machine could draw blood they'd be doing it.You make appointments online or by phone. You check in at a computer screen. Like I said earlier they stack several job titles into one role (to be efficient not effective).I'll ask my doctor for another place that's for sure. Learn from me and triple check: SEE with your own eyes that your information is correct. Or you'll be cleaning their mess up, unnecessarily in a long drawn out process that's worse than getting your blood drawn.

Wrong times were listed, wasted my time arriving at 5pm (listed open until 5:30pm) I just fixed their own listing... You're welcome

Results came back quick, but to pay the bill or talk to a person; their phone access was terrible, long message repeated itself, many barriers to speaking with a person. I was on hold for quite a while and was ultimately not able to stay on long enough to speak with a person to pay the bill.

I came here because this is what is contracted through my health insurance to get my blood drawn to save money on my health insurance. I drove two hours to come here and the people working here don’t even know how to draw blood. I drove two hours for nothing just to be sent away with out any results.

Terrible experience, I had to come back three times for no reason. Be ready for the run around here as it is very disorganized and no one cares to help. I have been here twice two times in one day on one occasion and only one woman working the whole time seemed to care about what she was doing and the people in the lobby. Such a ridiculous experience for something as simple as a life insurance exam.

Find another lab provider if you can help it. They don’t pick up your call. Making the only possible contact is their national number who can’t answer site specific questions. There is no voicemail. Unless your doctor can fax the order or have a printer, then you wouldn’t be able to provide the order.

10/10 love Jenn at Qwest! She has the best, warm, and welcoming attitude. This is my second go around having my baby born with the Spokane obgyns and I don’t remember if I had Jenn do my blood work 4 years ago here.. but this pregnancy she has been the only one and she is so amazing! She’s relatable and so kind and understanding. I have my glucose test this morning and if she wasn’t working I could sit and talk with her for hours! She is great at what she does and I pray she is recognized for her kindness and hard work

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR APP OR WEBSITE! After forfeiting my personal information I discovered the app, website, and platform (yes THREE separate accounts for ONE Covid test) doesn’t even have my appointment or results EVEN THOUGH the appointment was schedule through them. Completely WORTHLESS! Work with any other company but these guys.

I'm not surprised at all to see how many bad reviews this place has. I went in for a blood draw and it was by far the worst experiences I've had. If you can avoid this place, please do. The guy drawing my blood was incredibly rude and highly unprofessional. Im not sure how he was hired or why He still has a job there. He was also very rude to the Doctors office when he called to verify a few items on the lab slip. He could not have been worse. Also if you have to go here, do not just stop in like your doctor might advise. Make an appointment as there is no one out front.
