Overall, the hotel is decent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is included, the pool is clean, and the wi-fi worked great. On the downside, the location isn't the best, the sink in the room didn't drain well, and the air conditioner was niisy. It could be cleaner overall. Good enough for one-night stay.

The staff is AMAZING and friendly
The location of the hotel is sketchy
Definitely don’t leave anything in your car, when I arrived around 5pm there were multiple homeless people just chilling in the parking lot.
The fire alarm went off late during one of the nights, that was annoying but you can’t blame the hotel for that happening.
The curtains in the hotel were definitely not cleaned, as there was a very suspicious creamy white stain at about hip height in my room
If you are comfortable in less than desirable neighborhoods, go ahead and stay here, the price is great, but you get what you pay for

Pretty bad experience noisey room next room over with coughing loud talking and smelling like cigarettes and worried if my car would be broken into hard pass next trip though spokane

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal and friendly. They were accommodating and kind. The hotel is older and I was a bit nervous about the cleanliness, but they did not disappoint. The room was clean, the hallways were clean, and the breakfast was hot and well stocked. The pool was under construction, but it looked so close to being done, so hopefully that is up and running soon. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again.

We stayed twice in the same week. The 1st time room was ok. We had to get help to get the TV working. Springs in the bed were a little harsh. There was no bath bench/chair in the handicapped accessible bathroom. When we checked out we said we'd be back in a couple days and staff said we could have the same room and that there would be a bath chair there when we came back. We arrived 4 days later and was given that room. No towels, one of the beds unmade, crumbs on the furniture, no bath chair and part of the fridge laying on the floor. They moved us across the hall which was good except bath bench leg bent and i almost landed on the floor. Bed springs also a bit harsh on the body.

Room was ok BUT in this weather neither the pool or Hot Tub were working. Surrounding area is getting seedy and run down.

Horrible. Made the reservation, asked for a room with a view, they said sure, nope. Asked the pool hours, 9am-Midnight, failed to mention the pool was closed for renovations(pool looked fully operational). Smells like an old seedy hotel. The room's floor was somewhat sticky, turned the bottom of our socks black. AC wouldn't turn off, fan kept running and running. Unpleasant experience to say the least.

Couldn't even find it:( area surrounded and couldn't find a safe place to park. Heck with it. Went on to Moses Lake and found a wonderful place to stay the night.

My wife and I along with our two daughters stayed in the Ramada for 2 weeks. The beds were quite comfortable it was very quiet. They let us swap rooms out after 1 week which was awesome. They also have a free breakfast which is really really good. The waffles are the best. To me the staff was the best part of the hotel there were all awesome very accommodating very pleasant always greeting you at the door when you come in or you leave. I definitely would stay there again.
