My wife and I hadn’t been skiing / boarding in years . We made a last minute decision to gear up and head to the mountain the next day . I’m a tall guy which means most places don’t carry what I need including shops that sell only new . Rambleraven had almost everything we needed to gear up . Board with bindings was suitable for last minute choice “166” , boots were almost new . Skis for my wife and boots plus a couple bags for the items . All very reasonably priced . The staff was extremely helpful . All around win win !!

A friend told me about this place. Very friendly customer service and I talked to Mark the owner, who is an Army veteran.I bought a pair of Merrell shoes. They have a wide variety of all kind of outdoor gear, and even some consignment equipment.

Rambleraven is arguably the best service shop for mnt bikes. Went in for a tuneup and Wes was so speedy and my bike feels new again! Genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve met.

There’s just nothing like this place. Mark and the team are an epic group of knowledgeable outdoors people who always go the extra mile to work with me. It’s my favorite spot to spend my money.

Pretty cool place... We were looking for ATV/Dirt bike gear for our grandkids and although not a whole lot in that category they had two sets of youth boots anb it was a great deal. They have their inventory online as well which is why we stopped in. Would recommend.

They had way more than I thought possible to fit into such a cozy store. Great place, helpful staff, warm atmosphere, safe parking, clean lot, clean restrooms, huge selection, this place is on my favorite list, drop by and pet their doggie :-)

Rambleraven always has new and surprising outdoor treasures just waiting to be discovered. Inflatable paddle boards, rock climbing gear, and killer deals on new accessories are just a few things I have purchased here. Consignment has been a success for me too. It’s fun earning cash on the side by selling gear I no longer use. It’s great supporting a local outdoor enthusiast store too. This type of recreational store is hard to find these days. Most outdoor stores are corporate now.

Strictly reviewing for online sales: beware of the restocking fee when buying online. I was charged $35 for a “return” on an order I cancelled before it even left the shop. The owner states the fee was for Shopify processing fees, a shipping label (that I paid for), and “labor costs” and that he could’ve charged me $50-60. I understand maybe $15 but anything more is absurd. I’m sure he’s charging walk-ins for “labor costs” every time they make a return…

My partner and I have been loyal Rambleraven customers for years. Back in November of 2022 I purchased a used pair of ski boots for around $50. I used them once over Christmas and they immediately felt wrong and made my feet numb. When I went back to Rambleraven the beginning of January I asked if I could do a consignment for them (since I knew I was outside the window for returns). They accused me of lying saying that I hadn’t purchased it this past November and that their system said these boots were purchased over a year ago. (Even though the employee helping me had literally fit them to my skis less than 2 months ago.) They then proceeded to tell me that the boots were too out of style and that they wouldn’t accept them. Their solution was that I could donate them to Goodwill. I am very sad to say that I will not be back to Rambleraven. $60 may not be a lot to them but it would have meant a lot to this loyal customer.
