“We met Joey at an open house the first weekend we started house hunting. He was incredibly friendly and proactive, he was emailing us listings within an hour of leaving the open house and scheduling with us a time to go look at a few houses the next weekend. We really appreciated his flexibility with house hunting, that he was always sending us new stuff that popped up, and his timeliness with communication. He was super patient with us in our decision making and encouraged us to take our time instead of rushing to find something. He walked us through our first home buying experience and answered all our random and maybe sometimes even silly questions with kindness, patience, and professionalism. It was clear that he wanted our first home purchase to be the right home that fit our needs and wants rather than rushing us to pick something fast. “edit: with my first maintinence emergency, a broken window, i was responded to in 32 minutes after submitting an online form. my concerns were taken seriously, and work began right away to fix this. as a person with children in the home, it was a relief to not have to stress about this.
I honestly had a great time with 4 degrees so far.
not only did they get us reviewed and responded to quickly, they really worked to get us in.
the maintenance team is prompt and professional, they have done good work to sure up various things we brought to attention.
their customer service is honestly great, shout out to A and M for putting up with me while I was hangry, exhausted, and not my better self.
i'm not gonna say there were no issues, but that's life. 5 stars for the resolution of those various problems, and great management.”

The people in the from office are so kind and helpful, they were transparent and flexible when I was trying to find a place, and so far the place is pretty nice. The only thing I would change so far is beefing up the fitness center with a smith machine or squat rack. There’s not much in the way of heavy weights in there.”
