Regal Northtown Mall is a movie theater with comfortable, reclining leather seats that provide a good view and plenty of room. The screen and sound are good, with sound that rumbles the seats. The theater is generally described as nice and clean, and the Regal app makes purchasing tickets and finding seats easy. Many customers have the Unlimited Movie Pass, which provides discounts and the ability to earn reward points for free items like popcorn. There is a current deal to buy three months and get one month free. While some find the reward points system on the app confusing, the concession staff are noted as always being nice and helpful in using rewards to get the best value. A significant point of criticism is the high price of concessions, with some finding the cost for snacks and drinks to be ridiculous. The policy of not allowing outside drinks is also mentioned negatively. There are also complaints about maintenance, with one instance of bathroom water being out of order and dirty floors in and around the theaters.

Very well staffed and clean, even late at night (very important to me); with ample and comfy seating. This is my sons favourite theatre to visit with his friends. They always have a great time! Its been going on a few years. Were Regal people.
