The pharmacist herself was great. She worked quickly to remedy the mistake of the other worker.Nicholas who was in the pharmacy refused to listen to what medication I need filled, requested the wrong prescription from another location, filled the wrong medication, and then failed to realize my prescription was at this location the whole time. I told Nicholas at least 3 times what medication I needed, but he simply didn't listen and instead wasted an hour of my time waiting for the prescription to be filled.I'm glad this is not my normal Riteaid location, and I will not be visitng again.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and Pharmacy staff are knowledgeable. We’re fortunate to have this store in our neighborhood.

AFTER THIS PRESCRIPTION I'LL BE GOING TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. BECAUSE EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE IT'S DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. TAKES THEM 5 HOURS TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION FOR 30 PILLS. NEVER THE SAME PERSON AND I'M DONE. C.V.S HERE I COME!!! AND IT'S SAD BECAUSE IF YOU LOOK AT REVIEWS FROM 2 YEARS AGO THERE ALL 5 STARS. NOW THERE ALL 1'S!!!! AND NOW AFTER HAVING MY PRESCRIPTION ALL DAY THEY TEXT ME AND TELL ME IT'S OUT OF STOCK. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!P VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

The most rude and unprofessional staff. So far I've been waiting an hour for 2 refills. I don't think I'll do business with this company any longer.

When I went to checkout counter at Rite Aid with a bottle of wine, the clerk said she could not sell that to me unless I showed my identification. On my next birthday I will be 85 years old. When I asked why she said I could talk to the manager who was a few feet away. The manager told me it was Rite Aid store policy and if I did not agree with their policy, I should shop at a different store. I could understand that policy if I was closer to legal age. I will take the manager's advice and will always shop at a different store. I left the bottle of wine at the checkout stand and walked out. You know what you can do with your Rite Aid store policy! Now I can understand why there are so few customers at Rite Aid. Too bad!

Great shopping experience, staff was helpful and friendly. Staff seemed like they were happy about their jobs. Clean environment and atmosphere within the store. Well done folks, I’ll be back!

If you want to be judged for stealing just by looking at merchandise go here. Today I was looking at a shaver to buy then asked where the coffee was and the store clerk answered and told me and was extremely rude about it. Then she called for another clerk to pretty much watch me. When I walked up to the register I asked the lady " so did you really think I was going to steal this razor?" Her reply was well you can never be so sure. I purchased both my items and told the clerk "lesson of today is don't judge everyone" this clerk pursued me outside and told me I was being judgemental. Well no I was I did loss prevention for 5yrs and I can tell when someone is watching me and then even after walking away the clerk took my license plate. I then called the store manager on the phone and told her what happened and the store manager told me I was in the wrong. Big wow! I'm in the wrong for going into a store to purchase items I needed and knew what the store clerk was doing. I'm offended and extremely feel violated of my wrights to even walk into a store.

The general store is decent--as expected.This review is about the Pharmacy. I've used this Rx off and on for the last 2.5 years. I only use it when I know I'll be shopping next door at Super1. The customer service is so bad here that if it weren't for Super1 being next door, this pharmacy would go out of business. High turnover. I've picked up meds here at least 100 times and I've rarely had the same person help me.

Pharmacy is either lazy or slow. Had two different times I had to come in for meds. Both times I was told “30 minutes” then it turned into 2 hours of wait time total.

Website says they will do walk in flu shots and they had me start filling out the form just to tell me they actually won't half way through. Waste of time

My siblings, my boyfriend, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I literally picked up a bottle of something and said “look at this” as a joke. Some pharmacist lady must’ve thought we were fuxkin lighting the store on fire because she kicked us out for “messing around”. She was in a silly goofy mood, we literally were causing no disruptions or chaos that would have affected anyone. So thank you blonde pharmacist lady, hope your life gets better!

I've got Covid and am waiting for a prescription in my car now for over an hour. I told them I was very sick and wanted to go home and go to bed. Giving me some nonsense about how the frickin pharmacist has to do some frickin thing to release my prescription. SOB should be fired for being an insensitive banal a*******

It's bad enough that the pharmacy staff here are incompetent, but they are also rude and condescending. I need my rescue inhaler for my asthma to breathe, and they repeatedly messed up filing my prescription, as well as billing my insurance. Talk about stressful waking up in the night not being able to breathe because the pharmacy took a week to do their job. My doctor had to send the order multiple times before they were able to file it. Every time I show up when my prescription is supposed to be ready, I end up having to wait an extra half hour. Because of the wait times, I've witnessed the male pharmacist who works there be discriminatory and rude towards any women who come in asking for help with their prescriptions. He yelled at me when he couldn't find me right away in the system, because he couldn't figure out how to spell my name. He is cordial and helpful to the men in line. (Notice all the one star reviews are all from women complaining about the way they were treated here.) Overall the rest of the pharmacy staff seem poorly trained and there seems to be a high turnover rate here. Seriously get your prescription filed anywhere else! I will be switching to a different pharmacy and not returning to this rite aid.

Today we all got our booster shots. While there my little one got dizzy and fainted. It was very scary for all of us, especially my youngest.The women who helped us were amazing! They all showed a great deal of concern and did alot to comfort my kid and us. We thank you from the bottom our hearts Aida!!Great folks with lots of compassion.Thanks again!
