Called in letting them know I would be in close to closing, they close early and don't hold my prescription so I can't even transfer it to the other rite aid location. I was there before closing and they would not help me regardless. I will not be filling my prescriptions here anymore.

My prescription took 8 hours to be filled. When I went in at 9 AM the next day to get it, there was only one person in the pharmacy working. By 9:15, there was a line outside and in, the phone was ringing off the hook and so I asked him why he was the only one working. He said everyone was late. The shelves at this store are bare all the time and the guy who checked me out at the front of the store with other things I was buying did not stop texting the entire time. I would switch to Walgreens but they are worse.

Severely rude staff, first off, wasn't greeted or welcomed. I was looking around for specific items and when approached by staff was met with hostile gritty attitude.
This is one staff member acting like this the other staff could treat customers poorly

So, I walk in to this particular Rite Aid and I was greeted by 2 ladies. First lady said hello and went back into the office and the 2nd 1 said hello can I help you find something? I said no I'm just out and about today. And she proceeds to follow me. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked her if I could help her and she said no I'm just following you until I help you find something. I said earlier that I didn't need any help and thank you and asked her politely to stop following me as I never gave her any reason to. Even asked her nicely to please stop following me as it made me very uncomfortable. I'm gonna be calling some attorneys and gonna see what I can do about this

If I could give 0 I would. The young pharmacist Issac was so unprofessional and rude it honestly blew my mind. He shouldn't be in this line of work. He must of accidentally left the microphone on and said I have an annoying customer because I asked him to transfer my prescriptions to valley location. I was told they would be ready at 3 so I drove all the way up here to get them before getting my kids all the way in the valley. So i was a little confused and frustrated. I'm blown away at how horrible the customer service was. Don't go here.

I feel a little frustrated. I drove all the way out here to Rite Aid on Wellesley, from Tumtum to get my prescriptions. It says online that they're open till 8 o'clock and it says on the phones recording that they're open til 8 o'clock, and then you run out there and they got a sign up that says that they close at 7 o'clock. And when you try to talk to the pharmacists, and try to reason with them, they act like your just a nuisance. The pharmacist proceeds to tell me it's written right here. We close at seven o'clock 7 o'clock. I can't read what's on their window from my house. That's why I called, and that's why I checked online.
I feel like nobody takes responsibility for this stuff and how dare you question them.
I just don't get this world these days.
The days are long past when people would be apologetic.

I am absolutely horrified to hear and see video of the utter and OutRight racial profiling that went on in your store last week. My good friend who has zero record and is as upstanding of a citizen as there could ever be was harrassed THE MOMENT he walked in your door. Utterly disgusting in every way to see people treated this way in our city. He is a government employee fyi and the lady is lucky he didn't pursue harassment charges. Your employee should be absolutely ashamed of herself. I pray this is not how you encourage your employees to treat people. I don't believe this is a matter that warrants silence. Do better!!

The pharmacy is full of excuses of why it takes them over a day to fill a simple prescription. Then to be absolutely rude about it.

Pharmacy always has reason why they can fill prescription. Will leave you hanging and let you know "next week sometime we are only alotted so much and then we are shut out you'll just have to wait". Yet ist the 2nd of the month and does not matter what week sent always same excuse. They send a text telling you they have received then its up to you to decide how long you want to wait to call and hear which excuse they use this time. Otherwise no call. No info. No script and they are rude and act like they are doing tiu a favor by even being there. They are rude and awful both. There are thousands of options and Rite Aid is certainly NOT one of them. While every other pharmacy is stocked just fine. Either Rite aid has no pull in its game or they lie to cover there poor ordering process. Either way, after 5 years of getting jerked around we are done. Never have to return to this homeless camp windowless almost bankruptcy pharmacy again.

Better get the earlier than what it says for closing time. Because that closed the doors early because obviously there staff can't do their job and are lazy

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for seven years and I absolutely loved it. They were always so nice. They always went the extra mile until this past year. They have completely went downhill. They are rude. They do not care About their customers. All of a sudden, they’re constantly getting new staff. And I’m constantly being treated rudely by more than one of them.
