Kacie entered the QR code for the weekly rewards bonus when mine ran out of data and a clipped coupon manually when the site malfunctioned. She was totally focused on me and I felt like a valued customer. I have hooked my Dr.'s office to this particular store and can't see spending a dime anyplace else. I found the cutest 12 oz Thermos that fits my "rocker" so I won't get heat exhaustion out rockin.

Drive thru window almost always broken. They are not allowed to post a sign telling drivers this before driving up to the window via their crazy curved driveway. Inconvenient to those handicapped.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. My mother in law went to urgent care and has a very bad infection, well they are out of that medication so they told her to get ahold of another pharmacy to find out if they have it. We got ahold of Walgreens and they had it Walgreens told us to have Rite aid fax the prescription to them. So she called Rite aid back and asked to have it transferred to Walgreens they told her they can’t transfer it Walgreens has to call them to transfer it. This process took a half an hour and Rite aid closes in 15 min, she called Walgreens back after she gave Rite aid a piece of her mind and the pharmacist at Walgreens said I am going to call them immediately and get that fax over for you and get it filled. Walgreens called back and said we got ahold of Rite aid and they were supposed to fax the prescription over and never did. They are horrible have no regards for peoples health. She’s ended up in the hospital multiple of times because of these infections. Do not go here!!!

Shorted my prescription and didn’t tell me it was shorted last month. I called around 10:00AM to get a status update on my refill and they tell me my prescription is ready for pickup in 30 minutes . I leave work early around 4:30PM to get my prescription just to be turned away once I show up because “it is not released until tomorrow”. Why didn’t they tell me that when I called asking instead of telling me it was ready? Or why didn’t they tell me my prescription was short over a half weeks worth of meds originally? Huge lack of communication and professionalism. I hope you can figure out how to do better. This is terrible service for people who truly need medication on a regular basis. Not the first time I’ve gone through this with this pharmacy..

I submitted a refill request for a prescription 4 days ago. Went in several hours after my specified pick up time and the prescription still wasn't filled. Their response-"We have hundreds of prescriptions to fill, call us next time to confirm that it's been filled", which defeats the purpose of ordering a refill online.

Used to be great, not super anymore. Sometimes people are friendly. I have to babysit my prescription every single time I pickup. Which is every 3 weeks..super inconvenient. If I don't call at least 12hrs ahead it is never ready. Do not expect their help managing more than one prescription, since they can't seem to get just one that hasn't changed for over a decade correct often enough.

This will be the last month I use this pharmacy. I am so tired of them not having my prescription ready even though I called the day before some people have jobs and have to come at certain times. So to sit in the parking lot for thirty mins to an hour because they don't have them ready is ridiculous.I have been coming here for years. It's not hard to print a label and put the medication in a Box or a bottle. It takes five minutes.Do better before you have no business at all!

Staff is great but they NEVER have medication in stock that refills every month so they know well ahead of time to order, it takes days to receive any new medication so don't come here after an urgent care or ER visit, and reaching someone on the phone means getting hung up on after being on hold for ten minutes. Time to switch pharmacies

Much better. The bathroom was cleaner and the pharmacy staff was much friendlier and helpful. They are at least trying to improve.

RiteAid will bill an insurance company for a 2 bottle perscription but only give the patient 1! Horrible service, miserable employees that act like they hate their jobs! Prescriptions are sent there on Monday and they aren't ready until THURSDAY leaving their customers dying because they can't execute their jobs properly. Have already reported to the necessary companies that over see these types of practices!

I personally think that if you decide to change store hours from 10pm to 9pm your sign should reflect that. Today after doing some shopping at a different store and not being able to find what i was looking for decided to stop at the Rite closes to where i live. I drove by the front of the store before going to make sure that i would have enough time to look for what i needed. The sign said closes at 10:00 pm for store and for pharmacy 9:00pm. I figured i would have enough tome since it was only 8:50pm. I park and walk in as soon as i am in the door i was told that i only had 2 min. When i said ok if you guys close at 9. Then you should change your sign. The cashier just kinda shrugged. I left. That was the first time going into that store and it might be my last.

My prescriptions were sent over 1/26/23 it's now 1/27/23 they had my prescriptions for over 24 hours and still not ready. The lady behind the counter told me she didn't know why they weren't felt yet. Should I go get a pharmacist the pharmacist said they weren't filled yet because they were too busy, but she can fill them if I would like her to if you can fill them now why wouldn't you fill them yesterday when you got them or this morning when you opened. This place is a joke
