This pharmacy must believe everyone has all the time in the world to sit and wait for them. After getting a text that my prescriptions were ready, I drove to the drive through only to be told it would be another 20 minutes. I circled back through the drive through two more times to be told it would be another wait.

WORST service at the pharmacy younger gal who was working at 5pm 3/11/2025 drive thru window
try to tell me my med was over the counter it was guaiFENesin-codeine !!! smacking her gum around and talking real slllooooww and twiddling of her pen. couldnt help with writing down the name of the med for me told me to get on my chart
so I had to drive home get on my chart call around just to get a med for someone she has no idea is on hospice and in pain
this pharmacy has gone down hill

Upon searching for a Rite Aide, Google states Rite Aide is open until midnight and that the business has confirmed that to be true recently. I drove there, which is quite far for me late at night only to see that it is for sure NOT open. ????

Please change online store hours to reflect actual hours. They close at 10pm I got there at 10;02 pm with doors shut and locked... Ty

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Customer service has always been very poor. Frequently they have called and stated your order is ready, however when you get there it is another hour or two. They never got the order. Or they need all these other things. Why say you can pick it up, if it is not actually available yet. The only reason I started using their pharmacy was the 24 hours. Now it's like any other place and no longer worth the trouble. Overall, it's just picking up prescriptions and it is what it is. But they could pretend to care about their customers needs and time.
To add more. (Day after original post) They filled the wrong dose and medication. Thankfully it was noticed and no harm caused. This time!!! Be careful here and make sure you have what your suppose to have.

This place is scary as all get out. I got sick and needed to get dayquil and cough drops which they had. But on the way the addicts outside asked if I could buy them some medicine inside cause they had a head ache. The medicine they needed just so happened to be for making meth. Then today I almost went in cause I was wanting some snacks and before I could even get out of my car another addict / homeless person started screaming at me while I was still in my car parked for less then 5 seconds. Spitting yelling going totally crazy. I just pulled out and left. Honestly it is a super weird store the inside is clean well stocked the cashiers are nice I have had 0 issues. But the parking lot is horrifying any hour of the day it does not matter.

I have used this pharmacy for almost 4 years on a monthly basis. They have been kind and polite and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Great pharmacy.

I am ready to switch pharmacy's the way i get treated there!! I deal with chronic back pain and stuck in a pain clinic and they treat me like an addict! I'm a person! And 2 times now I've had to call myself to the Valley on my meds to see if they have my prescription available then go way out there to get it! Because they are out for the month and can't bother to let the customer know, i finally got tired of waiting and called! Very frustrating ? If your next to a hospital u should have medications!!

Customer service sucks all the way around from the front counter to the pharmacy. When my wife or I call to ask about our meds, we can never ever get thru to talk to someone. Our med refills are texted to our phones when they are completed but when you get to the store are either not done or they can't find them. I just went into get one of my meds that I called in a refill for 3 days ago, I spoke to someone yesterday and said it was ready. I just stopped and they can't find it and come back tomorrow. Also we are constantly getting approached by homeless people or vagrants outside the store almost every time we come here. We will not come here after dark. It's a shame they closed the other store at the division y location. They had it all over these idiots!
