It's getting better.. didn't hang up on me this time.. it takes time to learn how to have patience and compassion I'm sure when I know it can be hard for the pharmacy to deal with some people. I was a terrible person many times back in my active addiction days and I never want to make anyone feel like I don't appreciate them again. It hurts to be put in a category of a druggie because of my meds.. but I know there has been abuse and that's because in the last jve been the abuser. I don't have a lot of interaction with the outside world so these small moments do matter because it does cause me sadness so I just hope I can help make it better and not worse. Sorry if I've been a pain

I've been running all over town trying to deposit money on my Chime card. So many places advertised as taking Chime deposits refused to do so or heavily discouraged me from trying. They act like it really puts them off. This Rite-Aid is the only business along North Division who'd actually let me make a deposit. My job doesn't offer direct deposit and I have to pay rent digitally, so I'm glad they know how to do their jobs and are willing to do it.

Went into this store with my daughter & we had carried in our own shopping bag to be used when checking out. We started putting items in the bag while shopping and an employee walked by us & said are you going to pay for that & I responded of course a minute later another employee came up to us with a shopping cart & said she needed to ask that we use a shopping cart. We said okay & put the items in the cart. I completely understand why they would prefer a cart was used & not the shopping bag but it could/should have been handled differently. Instead of insinuating that we were going to be stealing the employee could have brought a shopping cart over & asked that we use the shopping cart versus our shopping bag. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store.

I have to say absolutely wonderful experience. Every single employee greeted me and with kindness and clearly happy to have my business. There is something so wrong with society when your treated like your a nuisance when you go to spend your hard earned money in a store like Walmart and your treated like your as pathetic and inconvenient as stepping in a pile of poo... Seriously though we as consumers and patients of pharmacies are the reason stores get to stay open. Being a part of a family but with a restaurant and hotel most my life it's absolutely critical that the customer is appreciated. Just like bed bath and beyond going out of business.. there is a very real reason for this weather it started with disrespectful employees or not clearly something was driving customers away. I've used many pharmacies in Spokane for uve lives all over this city and this one is so lovely. It's spotless and the employees are impeccable and so polite. I recommend this over any pharmacy and especially over any walmart. There are excellent sales and everything from furniture to all things hygiene beauty snacks.. love it.. and there is a drive thru which is so great.. along with a customer loyalty card. So thank you Rite aid.. I'm happy to have the privilege of being once again your loyal customer. See you next time.

Just a heads up, the pharmacy at this location is overworked and understaffed. They will never answer the phone, and you must go to the store to see if your prescription is ready. If not, tough luck. Try again later. It looks like the Wandermere location is my new go-to location.

The worst pharmacy ever. Rude employees and good luck getting your prescriptions on time or ever. They really must hate their lives.

As I write this review I have been on hold for nearly 20 minutes trying to find out if they have the medication ready that my mother needs for her heart. She's basically out and we have been waiting days to hear from them since they had to call contact the physician for refills. The customer service at this location has taken a steep dive lately and I am seriously considering changing pharmacies. Update: I stayed on hold for half an hour and nobody ever came back. We wound up calling the physician's office and asked them to check. This is beyond bad customer service, it outright abusive.

Had confirmed appointment for immunizations. Waited for over 40 minutes for Pharmacist to give shots. Left as there was no chance that one of the only two Pharmacists on duty could help me as they were too busy with a backlog of customers. Will never use Rite Aid again.

I have been coming here since I was 10 years old. I am 57 years old now! After all these years, today is the first time . I call them to tell them I don't have my blood pressure medication not sure what happened but I don't have. They hung up on me and never answered the phone in pharmacy. And I need these. I guess I am going without! For 90 day no blood pressure medication !!!

Can’t count squares on a calendar right, I don’t trust them to count my pills right. I have never been treated so bad. I will never be back, and have been a rite aid customer for years.
