I wish I could give zero stars, this pharmacy is truly horrendous. I've used it for 6ish years and man has it gotten BAD. They never answer the phone and when they do they place you on IMMEDIATE hold without letting you say a single word. The wait times are long, the drive thru is constantly closed, it's bad.

I was in on 2/19/25 with my 3 year old son. I had a prescription slip to fill for my son. Jason in the pharmacy was excellent! He said normally it would take a half hour to fill my prescription. Once I told him I live a ways out he said he would expedite, since I had my young son with me and he knew it would be tough to keep him busy. 15 minutes later I got a text that the prescription was ready. Thank you Jason for being so thoughtful and kind. This is why I always do business with this Rite Aid! People are quick to send a bad review, but less likely to leave a good one! Keep up the good work Jason!

if i could give it 0 stars i would.. after multiple issues i decided to leave a review. I have never gotten a Rx on time here. If they say it will be ready, wait 3 more days. The staff is inexperienced and not friendly. they blame the system for every issue. system or not, this is undoubtedly THE WORST pharmacy in the nation.. hands down!!

Employees in the pharmacy are clueless. Tried to call to get a prescription filled, only to be told "there's a red x by it on his computer and he doesn't know what to tell me." Hello? Shouldn't you be able to give me a better answer than "I don't know what to tell you". I asked what that could mean (i.e do I call my Dr) and the employee couldn't give me an answer. After previous issues with this pharmacy this was my last straw. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I moved here from North Carolina. I live about a quarter mile from the Indian trail Rite Aid, there are the most disgusting. Disorganize store that cannot keep an employee more than a month. They are distorted, negative, and racist. Stay away Stay away from this Rite Aid. And any rite aid in Spokane They have show me no respect I'm a veteran of the military of 36 years. They are the most disgusting pharmacy and store I've ever been to. Please do not spend it dime in these stores.

The lady with the glasses yelled at me for making a return of chocolate! So ridiculous I was being harassed, worst customer service ever, and the pharmacy isn't even better, they refused to give me my antibiotics bc of the color of my skin don't recommend this place EVER!

Just go to the Yokes pharmacy down the street. I put in for a prescription at 9am, went to go pick it up on my lunch at 1:30pm, they had not filled it. They proceeded to tell me they got it, but it wasn’t filled and that they are closing for lunch and to come back around 2:30 and it should be filled. Working at a place that has to send them prescriptions all the time as well and dealing with clients that tell me the same things all the time. I have well over 50 clients that will not go here

I booked online appointments for my son and I to have a strep test done in the pharmacy. This is the first time I have ever scheduled one of these tests with Rite Aid. I rushed home from work and pulled my extremely sick son out of bed to get to Rite Aid in time for our appointments. When I arrived and told the man at the counter what we were there for, he seemed extremely confused and walked off to find someone else. Then, another associate walked over and asked if I'd been helped. When I told him what I was there for, he kind of smirked and said "oh" and then walked off. Finally, the pharmacist, "Kyle," came over and said he didn't have access to the platform and that they were all just being trained on it. He said we should go to another Rite Aid and walked off with no concern for me or my son, or the inconvenience we had just incurred. I felt like they all just wanted us to go away. As we were leaving the store, I asked to speak to a manager. She played like she cared, but she had been back in the pharmacy when all of this went down and said nothing.
You should not have a system allowing patrons to book appointments for times when there is no one on site to honor them. It also would have been nice for someone to see that I had booked these appointments and called me to let me know they could not honor them...before I went to so much effort to get there with my sick child. This also left me with no other options to get him tested today!
I have been a loyal daily customer of this store since my military family PCSd here 4 years ago. Within the past year, I have just been so extremely disappointed with the customer service quality...mainly in the pharmacy. I honestly think this may have just lost you my business, as well as that of my friends and family who shop there.

Always a friendly staff and helpful. The place is clean so no real complaints other than the shelves were kind of more empty than I would have liked but for all I know they were going to be stocking shelves the next day. Perfectly fine rite aid

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Always takes at least 3 days to fill meds, and they're never done when they're supposed to be. They never pick up the phone or you end up on hold for 20 plus minutes. Horrible customer service. Will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.
