Always a friendly staff and helpful. The place is clean so no real complaints other than the shelves were kind of more empty than I would have liked but for all I know they were going to be stocking shelves the next day. Perfectly fine rite aid

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Always takes at least 3 days to fill meds, and they're never done when they're supposed to be. They never pick up the phone or you end up on hold for 20 plus minutes. Horrible customer service. Will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.

The store is filthy back by the pharmacy. I photograph the same pile of dust bunnies and dirt every time I visit. It’s been there for months and it keeps getting worse.

Extremely disappointed in my customer service this evening. I came in to pick up a prescription. A very sweet young lady greeted me and let me know that it would be about 15 minutes as the prescription was not ready. I mentioned that it was my bad, I had just assumed it would be ready since the prescription was called in at 10 in the morning. I left the counter to shop around while it was being worked on. I received a text message that my medication was ready about 5 minutes after my first encounter. I went back to the pharmacy and informed the gal I had just gotten a text it was ready (to let her know that’s why I was back so soon) to completely catch me off guard, a male by the name of Kyle popped his head over the window and wanted to inform me that “just so I knew my frustration should be directed at my doctor as the prescription was just called in at 5:50pm” Extremely taken back, I said “I am sorry did I say I was frustrated?” He snapped back and said “no but your face certainly did.” I was flabbergasted by this man’s insight when he wasn’t even the person I was dealing with. My apologies to the girl that was helping me if I came off as frustrated in any sort of way. Those were not my intentions and I was actually totally fine waiting. But to Kyle- thank you for embarrassing me in front of your coworkers and other customers who were waiting to be seen. You took a day that started off terrible, getting my car bashed in by another car earlier in the morning (hence why I was at the pharmacy to begin with) and ended it by being so rude and demeaning. I hope you can take this review and use it to work on your customer service and how you treat people.

Zowie is amazing and a sweetheart.Always greets me with a smile and asks if I'm in need of help finding anything.Professional, very knowledgeable of all departments and very caring young lady. She's definitely an asset to this store.Kendra is amazing too. She's a tech in the pharmacy.I miss John in the pharmacy. I feel that pharmacy staff has become less friendly and chipper the last 6 months or so.I am happy with the time it takes to refill my many prescriptions and department /otc is clean and tidy

This is the absolute worst Rite Aid Pharmacy I've been to, and I've lived all over the country. The employees in the pharmacy are smug, condescending, and do the bare minimum.Prescriptions are never filled. They close down for lunch, even if you've been waiting in line, they tell you to go away for their lunch break. This location used to not be like this. It's in desperate need of new management and employees in the pharmacy.

We have filled prescriptions here for 12yrs. The service has been getting poorer and poorer. Come in to pick up a script its never ready when they say it will. It's always a 25+min wait. They do not check voice-mail frequently so unless you tell them to check they won't for scripts there. For us it's time to seek services elsewhere

Been at this pharmacy for many years and have watched the decline with a heavy heart. If they didn’t have Kendra, the pharmacy tech and John, the pharmacist, they would be devoid of kindness and customer service skills.There is a particular pharmacist here whose ego over rides your prescription and your doctor. He is surly, like many who now work here, in addition to being on a huge power trip.I encountered him years ago at the Rite Aid by Holy Family and in recent years, at this store. What a shame.

I just talked to the nicest, most helpful woman in the pharmacy named Amber. I had an extremely complicated situation and she was patient, kind, and did everything she could to help me. Thank you so much Amber, you changed the course of my day with your kind words.

Pharmacy is lazy and likes to close up early. On two occasions I've arrived a few minutes before close and they've already shut down. When I point to their clock that shows they closed early they just shrug. It's a good thing it's only a pharmacy and not something important to people's health (SMH).
