THIS IS THE PLACE !!! It keeps me Alive wonderful people !! All my Heart doctors & many other wonderful people work here. The Building is Gorgeous it full of great furniture as you walk in the elevator is Brass. The floor is Marple Tile ,the bathroom are clean , It is way cool for me!!!

I regularly pick up prescriptions at this location. Not once have I ever had a good customer experience. They are incredibly rude and act as though it is your fault they are continuously busy and short staffed. I am patient and don’t mind waiting, however they come at you like you ran over their dog, as soon as you ask on a possible time frame for pickup. Do better and be better humans.

So bad.. first off I went to the first pharmacy and it was literally 129 and they told me that they had just closed when I walked up there. The clerk tried to get the attention to the pharmacist to see if they could have my prescription transferred, and she refused to even open the window to talk to me. She just talk to me under it and then said that she would transfer it or put it on hold. Excuse me I get to the other Rite Aid and they’re trying to say that they don’t have it and then I have to come back in like three hours and then I would have to make the phone call instead of the pharmacist so I said I will sit here and wait while I get a hold of pharmacist as soon as I called and they said no, it’s on hold. It’s been on hold and that the pharmacist did not do a central searchso then the other pharmacist came up and said too bad you gotta come back in two hours. we just got it worst pharmacy ever they treat people like they are lowlife’s. They think they’re above everybody and they think that they have ultimate job security. I suggest you find any pharmacy other than Rite Aid.

The prescription’s are never ready on time. They don’t start working on them until you show up to pick them up. You have to stand around waiting for them to fill it.

Been my pharmacy for 10 years! Takes a bit longer to get your medication but it's worth it.

The worst possible pharmacy service ever experienced. Auto refill doesn't work, online prescription order doesn't work, call in doesn't work. Prescriptions are never ready. Staff is consistently rude and impatient answering any questions. One of many recent examples: Last perscription was overdue by 2 days so went online and it said it would be ready the next day after one....went in a day and a half later and they said none of the systems worked, was out of stock and didn't appear in that days shipments . Told to try again in 3 days and 'it mighf come ib' in tgat days shipment. Other family members having similar experiences. After 40 years we have all quit dealing with Rite Aid pharmacy. No wonder they are bankrupt and closing stores.

I set up an appointment here and then received a call that they did not have some of what I needed, which was totally fine. But the guy on the phone was super rude and when I tried to ask questions he was rude and dismissive. Ended up just canceling the appointment all together and went somewhere else since they were not very kind over the phone.

Took my daughter to doctor on Tuesday the prescribed her an antibiotics I have been there every day since finally told today it will be ready in 20 min ! I would give that a minus 5 star
