The worst room I have stayed in. Unhealthy and unsafe. The room smelled like dog urine. The ceiling may have had mold. The shower was cold. I stepped on a broken drug pipe on the carpet. The sheets had holes in them.Nearby activities: The only good thing about this motel is Smackeys is next door.

It's a cheap place, in both senses of the word. FYI there is no breakfast regardless of what it says online. Booked a room online 9/19/23. Grounds are kinda run-down, key card works only after 5-25 times of swiping, the room smelled weird and the TV stations didn't work at all. I tried to call the front desk but the motel phone didn't work. Walked to the front desk to ask about the stations, they said no problem they'd send someone up. An hour later someone showed up to fix the tv, by running the station search program that took over 30 minutes to complete. It worked, I started watching a movie and then the stations went out again. I got through with the phone this time (by mashing the zero key 5-8 times) and the front desk said they'd look into it. Maybe 5 minutes later the tv stations work again. All stations except the one with the movie I was watching. I tried one last time with the front desk but got a 'oh well' so I hung up. Also there looks to be a working pool, but your room key won't grant you access.

Location is ok. It is really close to the freeway which is nice. Anytime we needed anything it was done. Service is probably the best part. The rooms are clean but basic. You get what you pay for I guess. Our stay was in May.... there's a ton of road construction over on Broadway now.Nearby activities: There is a baseball stadium where the Spokane Indians play that's close by, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's and a selection of fast food places. There are lots of parks within 10-15 minutes as well as the river.

This is the scariest motel I have ever stayed in, and I tend to choose the cheapest room in every city I go to. The staff was rude and unfriendly, the lobby was difficult to find to even check into the room, and the room was not cleaned whatsoever. There was an empty ice cream container on the bed as well as bodily fluids, stains across the walls and furniture and the piece de resistance is that the door has been visibly kicked in multiple times. The lock is broken, and the door and walls have cigarette burns across them. The room itself smells awful and the parking lot was full of people using drugs and someone fixing up a car directly out front. As a lone young woman traveling, I sincerely hope I make it through the night to make it to my sisters funeral tomorrow. I unfortunately cannot afford another room. If you can, for the love of god, spend the extra 20-30 extra dollars and get a room ANYWHERE ELSE

We had a room for one evening. When we checked in we were told the room was non smoking. Upon entering the room it was clear that this room has been consistently smoked it. The smell was pervasive, we had to open the window all night. The lampshades were colored yellow from smoke. There were holes in the wall, dirt everywhere. Odd substance stains on the walls. Also, no towel rack in the bathroom. broken off. I would not stay here again, and we prob would have left if we could find a reasonably priced room any where in the area.

The room was big. Nearly the same size as the emerald suite at Hampton, but it was pretty dirty and had stained carpet. Bathroom was nice tho.

This place is great for hook ups and deals. Cheapest place in town. My understanding is that alto of folks on drugs stay there and so do dealers. So before you stay here ask yourself how cheap am I prepared to be and at what cost? My answer would be, it's cheap it will be fine. Unless I had a bunch of money I could throw away on a clean room with respectable people as my neighbors.

After checking in I found bugs in the bed! Went to front desk to cancel and request refund. The place was also filthy and there were broken windows. Homeless people everywhere! They agreed to refund me and apologized. 2 weeks later now....the charges have yet to be removed from my card and I have called them numerous times. I had to open disputes and am waiting on the out come.I paid 2 nights. Honestly, no one should stay here there are plenty of better places. I just jumped on priceline and got a better deal cause it was last minute. DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS YOUR HOMELESS!!!!

This place was very Disgusting. The blankets on the bed had burnt holes the sheets had spots or stained on the sheets. The bathtub had a dirty washcloth from a previous person. There was a hole in the bathroom door also. The outside was very disgusting with all the homeless people around it. There's trash lined up on the side of the building which smells bad. I will not recommend this place to anyone I was in room 211 and we were woken up at 5:00 in the morning with screaming and yelling and fighting down below on the first floor. We packed up and left the place we told the person at the front desk they did not do anything I will not be coming back thank you. As we are walking down the hallway you see bath towels wash cloths plastic gloves laying in the hallway.Safety: There was no safety at all.

Despite housekeeping obviously cleaning the room, there were still dirty towels on the shelf in the closet and items of previous renters in the dresser and garbage left right outside of our room and in front of rooms down the way. No secondary lock on the door, it had obviously been ripped off by the state of the door. We also came into a clogged toilet that we had to plunge ourselves. I've come here with the rooms 3 times now. Housekeeping lives on site and can't keep their personal lives and work separate and it shows.

Do NOT stay here. This place is uninhabitable. We didn’t stay more than 5 minutes in that room before leaving. Went to turn the water on and it came out a dark yellow color, there was someone out in the parking lot scoping out cars, and the room itself was just disgusting. Called the manager to get a refund and explained my concerns and reasons for requesting a refund and he literally was yelling at me over the phone and refused to give me a refund and telling me what I was saying was “bullshit”. This place should be shut down. It is absolutely disgusting and the staff is nothing but unprofessional and rude.

Our room doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a long time. Every surface was dirty. A sock on the window sill. A sewing needle on the floor as well as little pieces of trash. And both bed sheets had hair, debris, blood stains, and found 2 needles in one! One bed was almost impossible to sleep on, it kept tipping way down to one side. Grosses place ever. TV didn't work. No microwave plate.

I saw a comment saying they should improve the breakfast selection. Was very disappointed to see that there wasn’t even breakfast, other than a coffee machine and a microwave. I specifically chose this hotel because it offers breakfast, pool, and a hot tub. We paid 270$ for two rooms. The rooms smelled off, and the staff was strange. They gave the wrong room number to my grandparents whom were trying the wrong door for 10 minutes. Beds were beyond uncomfortable and the overall set up of the hotel was just bad…. It was very hot and humid as they left all the windows to the hotel open. Took forever just cool down the room with the AC that was in there, oh and our TV had a big crack down it. ? the pictures online made this looks better than it is, and the false advertisement of what they offer is probably the most irritating part. 2/10 would stay here. Bummed because the bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled weird. Not to mention the terrible prices for the general atmosphere and cleanliness of the building. 115$ for one room. My grandparents staying in the other room didn’t even have toiletries, there was a ball of toilet paper left on the floor next to the toilet. The whole place needs an inspection honestly… despite even reserving a room online we were charged prices that were completely different than what they had on their site. False advertisement and poor prices. I seriously hope that an inspector comes and sees the rooms. Very dirty and so uncomfortable. Paid for a non smoking room for it to smell of cigarettes and some musty smell that would linger.

I was very disappointed with the filthy condition of the room. It was obvious that it had not been vacuumed as I saw hair clumps and plastic bits from a tag on the carpet. There was an old wash cloth around the neck of the shower head to stop a leak. The light fixture in the bathroom was broken, there was hair in the bed, and a sticky film on the counter outside the bathroom. The shower curtain had grotesque stains, there was a half dollar sized hole in the wall near the window, and the trash liner had liquid and dust indicating the liner was reused. The room smelled like smoke despite it being "smoke free." If I wasn't so exhausted, I would have left. I was not comfortable. The only thing that worked well was the AC. I would never recommend this place, pay more for better quality because this wasn't worth the money!! I wouldn't pay $80 let alone $125. The prices do not include tax and fees.
