This pharmacy will do the bare minimum there is an issue with filing with insurance 2 days early. Didn't call me didn't talk to my doctor did nothing until I showed up going Where's my medication. The people who work here are incompetent. I've had two times where my pills were miscounted by the pharmacist and I strongly recommend folks stay away from this particular pharmacy. Not to mention the rosars itself isn't exactly the nicest one in town. We just switched over to a different Union pharmacy and are much much happier

The pharmacists are friendly. That's the only positive I'll give. I have called in a refill request after hours through their automated system and it was "Oh we didn't get the request, and we may not get it filled until tomorrow". So you must call in your refills during business hours if you want them to actually process the request in a timely manner. When my Dr. Needed to be contacted for prior authorization, nothing was done. Didn't even reach out to me. Happened Multiple times now, leaving me to scramble. I'm now having to call three times a day to get my prescription and it's silly. Their Hours also stink. If we weren't stuck here due to insurance we wouldn't be utilizing their services. Avoid if you can.

Joseph in the pharmacy is rude. The tall young brown hair service person in the deli rude. In both departments, other employees stood by and did nothing. I think the lady in the pharmacy was embarrassed but said nothing.. there are always people begging at the door. 6 people that day. Wen 17 oct around 430 to 5. Last visit for me. Never will return. I think the manager knows his problems but any help is good. I gave a 3 because a lot of the staff are nice but I won't tolerate a bully. Yes Joseph you are a bully

This store has got to be the meth head capital of Spokane. Their bathrooms are where people go to smoke drugs and this store does nothing about it. They should enact a policy that bathrooms are for paying customers only.....but no, it seems bathrooms are for injecting/smoking/snorting non-customers only. The bathroom was backed up the other day as people were waiting for someone, clearly not a paying customer, to come out and they left the bathroom filled with smoke and a chemical smell. When people complained employees just said they see it all the time but their hands are tied. Here's an idea. Someone wants the bathroom code, then they have to make a purchase. Something bad is going to happen when some poor kid goes to use the bathroom and encounters a tweaker or encounters the paraphernalia left behind. Rosauers should protect their customers by making some sort of bathroom policy. Actually, people should probably be more scared of all the dogs on ropes than getting jabbed by a stray needle left behind in the bathroom. Although both scenarios are bad......

I found my husbands persian doughnuts at Rosauers and was so excited! I went to get them in the morning and they were out so I went a couple mornings later and they were out so I decided to order them for a special occation! They were perfect! So I decided to order them for my husbands birthday and I got 2 day old doughnuts! I'm just curious who orders doughnuts and wants old ones! Just don't get it and had to share! Oh and when I complained she said I didn't specify I wanted them fresh! Why do people got to be like that! Never again!

These guys at rosart's pharmacy the dude here that works here is an a****** and he doesn't be nice I mean he doesn't know how to be customer service he shouldn't even be working in customer service I mean if he doesn't like his job then go somewhere else

Brad and Johnathon always go above and beyond to make sure I am taking care of. Even if it means going to another location to get what I need for me. They are always so respectful, and so patient with me. Idk if they will ever see this… but hopefully someone who does will let them know. They have "forgotten" to send out notifications when medications are ready for pickup.Why an organization with multiple pharmacies hasn't automated that system yet is beyond me. Customers shouldn't have to call everyday to see if their medication is in. People with health problems are often worried about being viewed as a nuisance, and calling every month to pester the pharmacy is exhausting.People suffer needlessly when this happens. Pharmacists know what withdrawal effects exist and it is a huge deal when people don't get their meds on time and not something to be repeatedly blown off.

Loved the pharmacist and assistant, they got a last minute script transfered and filled because I was Ill and really needed to start it that night. I super appreciate them going the extra mile so I didn't have to wait and possibly end up in the hospital ? thank you********** 10 stars!!!
