Urgent care had sent my antibiotics over to this pharmacy before I left the clinic. The prescription was marked urgent, and I was told by the doctor to head to the pharmacy immediately so my mastitis didn't progress (it can become severe with flu like symptoms within a few hours). I got to the pharmacy and they told me they hadn't received my prescription, and they'll text me when it's in. I waited a couple hours in pain and there was no response. I called them, and they said "oh yeah we don't have those on hand, but we can order them for you if you want". I asked why they didn't have them, and they said "there's no point keeping them on hand because not enough people need that kind of antibiotics"... She also told me they're really hard to find so I should just wait a day or two for them to get ordered. I tried to explain that "the point" is having the medicine I urgently need available so I don't become very ill, and that I had been waiting for their response for hours already wondering what was going on. I got off the call and called the Safeway pharmacy and they had the prescription I needed stocked. The new pharmacist did have to contact the Rosauers pharmacy three times to get the prescription transferred over. They had my prescription ready in 15 minutes after the prescription was transferred over.
I tried talking to the manager at Rosauers to see if it had been a fluke issue, and she was extremely rude and callous, and reiterated that there's no point to keeping those antibiotics stocked. The whole experience could have been handled better in my opinion, I was really disappointed in how they treated me when I needed help and was in pain. I am grateful for the diligence and kindness of the Safeway pharmacy on 57th, where I will receive all of my future prescriptions.

Ginger worker at the place with the chicken was the kindest and I think he deserves a raise and I will definitely come again

I love this store and their staff. The lunch special with the burger and fries is a great secret in Spokane. It's not the fastest lunch special but I think it's one of the best $10 or so lunches in town. The ladies at the deli are always so kind to me, and treat my little one year old baby girl like a celebrity each time they see her. The people behind the meat counter are knowledgeable but also seem like they are happy to be working as a butcher or clerk that can really make an experience. Even workers who stock the shelves are ready for conversion and amazing service. The products here are sufficient in variety, you'll find organic options and sales throughout the store. All in all, I'd encourage you to shop local and support our great local grocery store!

Today was the third time with in just a couple months that I bought food that was spoiled. You'd think that after milk expired by three months, it would be removed from the shelf but I had to find out by taking a swig of very fowl smelling sour milk, that could have got me pretty sick. This doesn't mention the green that was on our chicken breasts we had, or even the yogurt I got today that expired well over a month ago and was sour. Please make sure you're checking your dairy section and keeping it stocked with fresh product, someone is eventually going to get super sick due to either not training employees correctly or simply not caring about people.

At my age, I have shopped this store for as long as i have lived in this neighborhood for over 35 years and the Manager, Harry, from 29th Ave. is the most impressive of any I have known, here and elsewhere. I heard he is about to retire and want to thank him for all the great service and consideration he has given me over the years, as he has retained many employees I consider friends and would like to wish him to have whatever he might like during these retired years to enjoy his life to the fullest extent. Been using this pharmacy for a decade now and the people know us and great us warmly every time we come in. They work with our providers to make sure we have what we need.

Staff and pharmacist are friendly and helpful I use the drive-in and they always give my dog a treat. Which isn't as great as it seems as my dog won't let me pass without stopping :-).

Great selection of items, including organic and specialty items. Friendly helpful staff. Quick checkout. I do wish they had more small carts or that they were brought back faster. Still the best store on south hill

I have never had such amazing service with a pharmacy as I have with this one. They really strive to help you by answering any questions as well as working to get to know you and your family in the short interactions you may have with them.Brian and Shelley, both pharmacists are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Laura is a pharmacy tech who is friendly and been there for years! Thank you for always taking care of us!

Not impressed at all today! I never get plastic bags but today I never got a choice. Was never asked and by the time I paid for my groceries they were in plastic bags. Tried to get waited on at the deli and some worker got done helping a guy and as I came to the counter she walked away! I just left. I love the Rosauers at 5 mile and really miss it! Everything about it was great! Kind people that are always helpful.

I love this grocery store. I've been shopping with the chain when I lived in Montana and continued when I moved here.They have a great selection of items and if you don't see an item, you can check to see if they can order it.They have a great scratch bakery in store and several items in the deli are handmade as well (salads and side dishes).Great produce, meat, gourmet, and wine selections. They even have a small, well stocked Huckleberries section.They associates are beyond amazing. A big shout out to all the hard work they are doing during this pandemic. The store is always spotless and everyone is ready to help.Also, a fabulous pharmacy. I highly recommend shopping here.
