Nice store the employees who work there always greet u with a smile & kindly ask if u need any help it's bit expensive in my opinion but it's a grocery store that's been around here in Spokane since I was young child & it is popular to a lot of people who live here in Spokane Wa.

Someone claiming to be the owner and some other guy with them are going around soliciting business for advertisement stating they are "promoting" local business and only one shop gets adverts in their store. This same sales pitch is a well known scam a lot of food places attempt in order to leech money off unsuspecting small businesses. I had to tell them 7 or 8 times we do not accept solicitation before the old man copped an attitude acting like he knows better. It is extremely rude to solicite money from a neighboring business. Especially when your company is already known for being rude and when the scam is already a well known scam.

I always shop there for my lunch breaks and had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being followed by loss prevention. It was clear they suspected me of stealing, which is something I would never do. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated. It's disheartening to be treated with such suspicion when all I wanted to do was shop peacefully. I hope the store can address this issue to ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers in the future. Will not be shopping there again

The Florist saw me searching for a bouquet for my mom's 92nd birthday and was quick to offer a custom display. It was fantastic! Kudos to the Florist and team at this store.

Bakery made the cutest cookies with little houses on them for a habitat for humanity volunteer day, they were so perfect!! Thank you, great job!!

Darlene in the floral department is amazing!! She helped create a beautiful wedding bouquet for our daughter, with about a week's notice!! In addition to the bouquet, she also made two wrist corsages and a boutonniere, all at very reasonable price! If I had known earlier that flowers had not been taken care of, I would have been in contact with Darlene much sooner. Her amazing floral work was the icing on an already perfect day. My daughter was thankful that I insisted she have a bouquet. It was one of the small details that she didn't know that she would want! Thank you so much Darlene! Also a special shoutout to Pam in the Customer Service Department that passed along the message for me!! I wish all associates were as helpful as you were!

This store has wonderful employees, helpful, friendly. Always willing to help with suggestions and prices are comparable to other stores in the area. Food is always fresh. The store is clean and well organized to find items.

Beware of this store...someone somehow put items in my bag that I didn't buy or even want and I chose to eat my vegan ice cream bar in their deli and looked over my receipt at items I purchased and I returned someone put in my bag I didn't want and a Rosauers was outside the door smoking a cigarette and I felt it could be security trying to falsely arrest me. Another time a Paratransit and Rosauers customer asked me if I had a phone I told her no I don't have a phone. This nice elderly woman said she was at Rosauers nearly all day and Paratransit hadn't picked her up. I asked this nice elderly woman if she would like for me to go to the customer service area at the North Spokane Rosauers and see if customer service could call Paratransit for her and this nice elderly woman said yes please do and words of this nature. I got up from sitting in their deli eating something etc and Rosauers security who looked like Native American Indian came up to me a man and a woman telling me to shut up and let the customer speak for herself when I first thought they could call Paratransit for this Rosauers and Paratransit customer. Once I told a Rosauers at this store that Spokane Transit Authority bus driver and bus just injured me bad and their police officer and customer service and admin and etc were all against me telling me they have an attorney. Rosauers improved their store and began selling Spokane Transit Authority bus passes. I hope I don't receive retaliation but I thought I should say for those who may need to know to protect themselves. I didn't expect this from Rosauers and Huckleberry's since they sell health food.
