Called and spoke with a younger gal on the phone today 6.26, regarding an Item that they had at their north location prior but sold out of. The worker let me know over the phone she wasn’t able to go and check the store for me to see if their was what I was looking for which really didn’t make much sense to me. Horrible paint fumes or something. I spent 30 seconds in there and I feel sick. Had my kid with me. No warning or signs or anything. I feel bad for the people working in those conditions.

They don't have you stand in front of the store for moment anymore like some kind of criminal so that's nice lol, either way, always gave them a nice little spin. Could find some nice deals on stuff you didn't know you wanted.

Best prices to snag good deals! They have small rare snacks and seem to keep things very much in stock!!! Even the prices for rare items that are usually expensive are cheap!!

I’ve gone to this Ross often for the last 8 years and it’s always been a great experience with very kind employees and a comfortable environment; however this wasn’t exactly the case during our last visit. My daughter was having a moment of insecurity and struggling with body image in the dressing room, we were working through it as she tried on her clothes when suddenly a woman employee came and started banging on the doors telling the customers inside they needed to get out because there was a line forming. And this wasn’t polite or considerate in any way. It was abrupt, loud and demanding. We had been in there about 15 min and the person next to us even less. I have never in my life been told to get out of a dressing room because a line was forming. I opened the door to tell the lady we would be done when she was finished trying on the rest of her clothes, and there was only one customer waiting. I found out at the register that it is was the manager. This was March 26th 2024 between 8-9 pm.

This store is depleted. Literally there were no shoes, slides, etc.... they had a couple pairs of size 15 and little to nothing of anything else. They have the same Anime Japanese writing graphic tees and the same 5-10 shirts they always have for 2 years now. The store hasn't attempted a new vendor or anything new. The only new thing the store has is you have to stop at security right when you come in and stand there for 10 seconds until they facial recognize you before allowing you access to 2006 style clothes that people buy because it's the best item in the store at the time not that it's something they actually want or need. However the home decor section was a breath of fresh air since it was new to me. I encourage you to check it out if you want to gander at home decor.

I always love coming here. I pay less for clothes at Ross than I have at some of the thrift stores. They always have a good selection of clothes and shoes for kids too.
