Floral Department and Safeway Management,
Saturday morning I visited the floral department with my two children, one of whom has epilepsy and the other who is nonverbal with special needs, to select flowers for a bouquet. While my children were enthusiastically helping me, an accident happened: my younger son inadvertently knocked over a vase, which I believe was also due to the vases being placed too close to the edge of the display.
Immediately, I offered to pay for the broken vase and apologized profusely, as did my children. However, the floral department employee responded by yelling at us, demanding that we leave the area immediately and accusing us of being a burden. This reaction was upsetting and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. My nonverbal son was particularly distressed by the employee's tone of voice. Also, please take into consideration the next time you scold a child. It's important for kids with epilepsy to handle stress well because stress can be a trigger for seizures. When someone is stressed, their body releases hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, which can affect brain activity and increase the likelihood of a seizure. Your reaction definitely stressed my children out. You can do better when approaching a situation like that. Accidents happen. I hope that in the future, staff will handle accidents with more patience and understanding, especially considering the delicate nature of both flowers and children.

Just had the worst experience of my life with a pharmacy. Was pressed (due to a CDC listing of this pharmacy for capability to provide Yellow Fever Vaccination) to use this pharmacy. Found that their internal communications to be broken, was given mis-information by one of their pharmacists (that could have, if not corrected by another pharmacist, put me in serious danger), and generally was put into a position of not feeling safe after getting medications. Do not understand why this pharmacy is on the CDC list, but do know that I will look for other options for future travel.

They are Fast at filling my meds Everytime I need them. No delay unless they are really busy, But then even they still try to be fast about getting ur meds refilled for you. So you don't have to be without your medication very long. Best customer care I've had so far at this Safeway pharmacy. Even when I had an insurance problem they went and helped me fix it the same day so I could get my meds they are very caring and understand people who need help getting refills on time and same day pick up or delivery.

After a colossally bad experience at Urgent Care for hours on end, I went to the Safeway pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my teenage daughter who was in a lot of pain. The pharmacist and his associate were incredibly helpful. Of course the doctor had sent out a prescription that could not be filled, but instead of looking at me with a blank stare and a sorry I can't help you, the two of them preceded to make it happen for me and my daughter. The pharmacist came out from around and went to the aisle to grab items that would work for me and took the time to explain how to use them. Above and beyond service that sincerely lifted my day. I'm not exaggerating to say that this was severely needed for my daughter and I and I thank you!

Friendliest staff! I recently switched from Rite Aid to Safeway pharmacy and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They are kind, courteous, professional and funny too. Really nice and clean waiting area as well.

The woman working today in the evening is super rude and kept saying our insurance information was incorrect when it was not she didn't even bother to look it up or call the insurance... pretty sad when a medication is something that can be life or death but she was too lazy to help.

the old guy at the counter working today is very unprofessional.. I have a 4year old son who I was trying to pick up a prescription for. When we got to the counter my son said “knock knock” and got a reply in a hostile voice saying “ I’ll be with you in a minute mam” when he came over I gave him all info needed and he told me there was an issue with my son’s insurance… before I could ask a single question he walked away and then proceeded to tell me to come back later.. I would have paid for the prescription up frount regardless of an insurance issue because my son NEEDS his prescription… but I wasn’t given that option instead I was cut off, walked off on and told to come back later. If you want professionalism choose a different pharmacy! We will definitely be switching ours! ?
