Literally, worst pharmacy. Rude and absent minded. They tell me the rx has just been filled and can't pick up when they read the computer wrong or they don't have my rx when they do. I have a disease which depends on my rx and everytime I go there it's me babysitting them

Always run out of the items that are on sale. Employees are surly. It's worth it to drive 7 minutes longer and go to the Safeway on 57th.

This pharmacy frequently treats its patients as if they are drug seekers, fails to appropriately, professionally, and accurately communicate to patients AND staff, as well as lacks the most bare minimum customer service needed as a front facing provider in the community.

This store had one person working all pickup orders at 5 pm on Monday. After 50 minutes of waiting for tampons and cat treats my wife called the store and was told "everyone else is on break". So my wife asked to be put through to corporate and got our money back. How long are breaks at Safeway? When i worked service industry i was lucky to get a 20 minute break, and definitely not during peak rush hours on a Monday. What a terrible excuse for poor service and making a single employee do all the pickups during possibly the busiest time of the week. Do better Safeway. Until you do, we won't be shop there and we live down the street.

Second time I've been intimidated by the homeless hanging out at the benches outside of this Safeway on 29th- the last time a guy was shooting up with no concern as to who was watching. It seems management doesn't care. I spoke with them twice. This last time a manager couldn't be found, and the staff member said management doesn't care. I have empathy for the homeless, but I also don't want to feel intimidated when I'm going in to spend my hard earned money on groceries. I will be shopping elsewhere at this point.

I had a horrible experience at Safeway and the staff didn't seem to care. The manager was supposed to call me and never did.

I used to go to the Safeway in Cheney Washington. So when I moved to the south hill, I went to the Safeway on 29th Ave. This Safeway is one of the worst for customer service. Most of the checkers are rude. They do not greet you or give any assistance at the checkout stand. I have moved to Super1 on 29th Ave and they are wonderful. Any time that I have returned to Safeway on 29th to pick something up, I run into the same problem with poor customer service. I finally called the manager, John, and let him know. He listened which was nice and I got the impression that he probably wasn't going to do much. Will definitely not go back to this Safeway even to run in for a few items.

Mr Earon D is a lovely human!
Today we had a donor contribute cash and asked us to buy grocery cards to share with our families. As I was checking out at @safeway on 29th and SE Blvd. Earon D -(employee) was helping to process the transaction. He asked what I was going to do with all these cards and when I told him, he reached into his wallet and asked we use his money to serve our kids… ???? that sure gives me the heartswells! Thank you Mr Earon!

Horrible…slow, always a line that takes forever to get through. Called to ask if they could do a tdap booster for my 12 year old. They said no problem come on in. Nobody mentioned an appointment.I left work way out past the wife get up here at a decent time to get the booster that we needed today. I get up to the wine and the employee who has dried blood all around his face and his lip area told me we had to have an appointment. They told us walk-ins end at 5 PM which nobody mentioned on the phone. I was very frustrated and walked out to the car to get onto the online scheduling and once I get out to the car I pull up to open appointments and what do you know they had an appointment that was in only 19 minutes at 6 PM. Why would you not share this information with a customer. Why would you not just do the vaccine right there? Every time I interact with the pharmacy there’s always something out of the ordinary that happens and I end up frustrated and disappointed. If there was any other pharmacies up here that took my insurance, I would switch to them in a heartbeat, but I am left with them as my only option .….

Worst pharmacy ever! I would totally recommend going somewhere else to get your meds. Not only will they take their sweet time getting things together, but they won't go close to providing decent customer service.Everytime you go there their employees take forever to even greet you or acknowledge you are waiting for their help. Then they stare at the computer with a deer staring into headlights look on their face. Either they are way over worked or they don't know what they are doing.I went over to get my kids prescription at 1:15. The insurance had a number the pharmacy is supposed to call for info. They decided that I didn't have the proper insurance info but instead of them looking into it they said we're going to lunch and I need to wait for them all to take a lunch break all together at the same time.They wouldn't even let me pay for it out of pocket!! My son has a bad ear infection and is suffering but my all means deny me the meds even as I offer to pay for them because you refuse to help.

I appreciate the friendly, helpful staff here. The line can get backed up when there's a rush but they move everyone through as quickly as possible.

My husband called earlier in the day to check on the status of his prescription. The person said it would be ready in half an hour or 45 minutes. I come in to pick it up a couple of hours later and the assistant says that the shipping didn't arrive so it won't be ready until tomorrow. How is that possible? I'm so ticked. If they had just said this morning that the shipment hadn't come in then no problem, but don't make me take a wasted trip. I feel the person on the phone didn't want to take the time to check. Might be time to change pharmacies.

I use the Safeway app so I can get prescriptions mailed. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to call the pharmacy to remind them to mail the items. Then they tell me how busy and understaffed they are. ?♀️
