This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used ... The staff acts like they hate they're job and reflect it back to the customers , while standing at the counter looking on my phone for a GoodRx coupon the I'm guessing manager ask me to step aside so she could help other customers, meanwhile I had waited in line for 5 minutes while the person in front of me did they're thing ...I didn't mind stepping aside but it was the nasty tone in her voice ....

Last year at Christmas time I went to Safeway and purchased $600 in Amazon gift cards the person that customer service selling me these messed up and put $200 on one gift card instead of a $50 gift card and $100 gift card after giving them all of the proof and receipts that they needed they will not honor their mistake and refund me my money I think that Safeway sucks their customer service sucks that's also along with the Albertson company that's affiliated with the Safeway I feel what they did was wrong and they should've owned up to their mistake.I've called the business office and they won't reimburse me. Talk about crappy customer service!!

Can't spell my name right no matter how many times I have told them. No communication what so ever just kind of a SOL type response. I am switching pharmacies as this is place is a joke and the staff are not pleasant 9 times out of 10. Completely let down by this place.

Super slow to fill prescriptions and not particularly friendly staff. It's always busy with a line that you have to wait in. They do have a special room for vaccines though. Getting my covid shot was easy as I signed up online and the pharmacist did a good job of administering the shot.

Horrible communication and customer service. The techs and pharmacists are never on the same page. There are a couple very friendly people that work there but most are rude and act bothered when you need anything. I felt like I did all the leg work for them and had to stay on top of them in order to get my family’s prescriptions in a timely manner. They always seem behind and seem to not have many medications routinely stocked. There’s no way you’ll get prescription the same day it’s sent in by a doctor, so don’t try and fill anything urgent. You’re better off elsewhere all in all.

Would give zero stars to the Pharmacy. Made an appointment for 10am, was told it would be a half hour wait. After a half hour, I was directed to the waiting room. Waited 1.5hrs, then went to ask the staff what was going on. They tried to tell me that I wasn't in there when my name was called, which was a total lie. All three staff had to go in the back when I told them how long I had been waiting. They obviously either misplaced my card or completely forgot about me. Finally got what I came in for after 2 hours. If you think you're coming in here for something quick, think again.

Tried to make an appointment to get out flu and Coivid booster shots. We were told that we could not make an appointment that these shots were on a walk in basis only . They said there would not be a problem getting the vaccine. So when we got the pharmacy to get the shots there were signs saying vaccine by appointment only. When I spoke with pharmacy tech she was very rude and dismissive. I feel like I've been lied too and wasted my time. I will never use this pharmacy again because the do not honor there word nor do treat their customers with respect.

Don’t make an appointment. It has no meaning. Walk ins will still get first priority. The pharmacist tech was nice but the pharmacist was extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend. Francis Safeway’s pharmacist is far more professional. Huge waste of my time.

The bakery at this Safeway is excellent. Very nice folks and always do a nice job. The BDay cake we received today was 1/2 sheet, white cake with fresh strawberry filling. Topping is the fresh whipped cream and is a family favorite. It's an excellent choice if regular topping is too sweet for you. I simply told them what colors to work in with a basic theme, baseball. Nicole was the decorator and did an outstanding job. Have been going here for years for cakes and will continue to do so. Overall stars reflect my opinion of the entire Safeway location. Bakery is 5 stars, long lines, lack of check out staff, always being out of cart wipes, etc bring it down a notch.

I’ve used plenty of different pharmacies in my life and I can say that they have all performed as I would expect. I have had an overall underwhelmed sense of accomplishment when checking the task off my to do list, Today that all changed when I met Steve. I knew I was going into a rough situation when my prescriber mucked up my prescription and it could’ve been a disaster especially since I just recently started have anxiety attack’s. I really can’t thank Steve enough for taking the initiative and getting it all fixed before I head outta town. Steve you rock!

Jordan was my cashier at the Safeway on Wellesley. He packed my bags so full they immediately started ripping. when I asked for a second bag he said he was required to iverload them because paperbags were just too expensive. I asked him to double bag the heavy bags and he said he certainly would NOT be doing that. Then he walked away before I even had my groceries in my cart to take outside.

i usually don't fill out reviews but the worst customer service ever.i walked in and was in the floral department and was looking for someone to help me with flowers and balloons on sat 10/3/2020 @ 3pm ish for a birthday party that night, nobody came to help, saw a lot of employees walk by to go to produce or to do other stuff with carts.so i went to jamba juice and was going to ask if they could help but on my way there i witness a girl employee that was yelling at customers from by what appeared to be the office and she was about twenty five feet away from the people she was yelling at. THE WORST SERVICE EVER I WONT BE BACK. i WENT TO YOKE'S on Indian trail and was greeted and helped like they want and appreciate my business.
