Lady on the phone was snotty as hell. I called in to request a transfer of prescription.She said:"We do request 24 hours for transfers"I responded:"Does that mean you won't be able to fill it tonight?"She responds clearly irritated:"I just told you we need 24 hours for transfers"I am fully aware of the words you spoke to me. I am requesting clarification requesting 24 hours does not mean it cannot be filled before that time. I needed the prescription tonight.A simple : "Yes, we won't be able to fill it tonight"That would have been sufficient and respectful. Instead she needed to make it clear to me she was pissed that I asked the question. Being a snotty customer service representative when a customer asks for clarification is absurd.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used! They are always short handed and take half a day to fill anything and the hardly ever answer their phone!

I've used this pharmacy before with no issues. Today, plenty of issues. My parents, my fiance and I went in with appointments for the covid and flu shots. 2 hours later, and lots of screw ups later, my parents and fiance got their shots. The biggest screw up was that the original tech checking us in apparently put me and my insurance under the WRONG patient. They didn't even notice until the pharmacist came in and asked for this other patient along with my fiance. We were the only two in the room. The pharmacist had me go back to re-check in and that's when the new tech discovered what had happened. She was nice, she was the only shining light in this entire debacle. She was able to go in and see that the original tech had put all my insurance info under this other patient, and I could tell she was unhappy having to deal with this major screw up. But she was pleasant to me and we got it figured out. But in the end I still couldn't get my covid or flu shot as apparently medicare part B was down.

This place constantly screws up prior authorizations on medications and then washes their hands of the problem, putting all the pressure on the patients.They don't answer phone calls for patients or providers. They don't return voice messages. They are unreliable - one of the worst qualities a pharmacy can have.The second star is only there for the pharmacy assistants who have been lovely and patient. They're trying, it's just too bad they can't make up for the failings of the pharmacist and facility itself.

I’m torn, the gal with the long reddish hair is awesome!But the dark haired drop off gal o lord she will pick at you and then when you point out her rude scoff laugh whatever she doesn’t apologize for the way she came across she gets mean when ask for her supervisor and threatens to hang up on your doctors office while she’s on hold because they made a mistake on my prescription. You’re the precessional getting paid to make the call and treat me kindly. Don’t dig the hole deeper and make my experience worse. You are at your job!

This pharmacy is always slammed. I feel like I have spent almost half my life standing in this line. The people are nice and all, although it seems like their turnover rate is pretty high. It's just a mess to try to get in and out of there quickly or to even try to call seems impossible. This location needs more technicians or something to help move the line a long.

Safeway must have a lot of issues with staff. Every time I go in its another pharmacist. Unfortunately my insurance only dose Safeway in this area. I order my meds given a date and time for pick up and multiple times there not ready. Seriously over 24 hours and still not ready? Worst customer service as well. Stick to food your definitely not set up for pharmacy...

Unprofessional, the clearly don't have any concerns for customer service . Recommend any other safeway or pharmacy. The lady attending me was extremely rude.

The lady that "helped " me was extremely rude. Said they would text when my prescription was ready. Never got a text had to go in and see if it was ready. When I went to pick up the gentleman was rude as well. I understand being short staffed but that doesn't excuse rudeness

I have autistic children and was treated very disrespectful by employees and metro because one of my son's has behavior issues and they always be mean to him and me because they don't understand him and his needs. very unprofessional they need to employ better people that care about people not hurt people in need. I filed a complaint with the corporate office over this

DONT GO HERE!!!This is the third time i have had to suffer with withdrawals or the like because the meds are not here. Gave plenty of time.Never an apology or nothing. Just "well if its that bad go to the er for a quick prescription for some other place that might have it.".Totally srewed up
