This place is an absolute JOKE!!! They do not answer their phones. They do not get prescriptions ready like they should. So slow! You will wait in line and once they help you they will say oh it’s not ready give me 20 minutes. You come back and they say I’m still working on it. I WILL BE FINDING A NEW PHARMACY!!!!! It’s always been bad but it has gotten significantly worse!!!!!!

I have been getting my prescriptions at a Safeway pharmacy, since they put pharmacys in the store. I worked for Safeway for 32 years in Walla Walla. We have retired here in Spokane, this will be our 8th year. I have never in my many years of filling prescriptions ever been treated so rudely, nor have I ever experienced a pharmacy staff treat anyone so rudely. After being at the hospital for 13 hours while my husband had a hip surgery and stopping at Safeway to receive the prescriptions ordered thr pharmacist and tech were the rudest people I have encountered in a very long time anywhere. I didn't get a name as I was mentally and physically exhausted but the date was Monday, January 27 2025 at approximately 7:00 pm I will be transferring all my prescriptions as well as my husbands and mother in laws. There is an extreme amount of more rudeness to this story and I will be going to corporate.

Awful, the staff is always in a bad mood, yesterday I went and the curly haired woman with glasses was so rude to me about a prescription that I knew had been sent to them and she insisted that I was wrong and talked to me like I was stupid, I had to call my doctor and have them call to get my medications, not one time have I had a good experience here and I recommend going to any other pharmacy in Spokane because they ALL have a better attitude than the people at this location

Royally screwed up my medication list, can't explain why it's been over a week to refill a single medication and can't even get anyone on the phone during business hours to fix it. I love how they made it so you can't even leave a message when they don't answer the phones now, it just tells you to call back...which gets you no where. Total dumpster fire...

Overall this pharmacy is good. They do their best despite having to always order my medication. Four stars for the great service I always receive.

Awful! The snotty girl I talk to as soon as I told her what I needed a it in volved a extra phone call to have my prescription forwarded she didn't want to help me. She put me on hold and that was the last I heard of her. I tried to get someone to help me get my prescription for the next four hour..I was continually put on hold and hung up on! I finally called Walmart and had my prescription taken care of in a hour. I had previously stopped using Safeway because of the poor service, this just happened to be a nessity because I had just gotten out of the hospital and was unable to get to my regular pharmacy. Perhaps if you had better coustermer service it would help.

My wife's Dr sent a prescription for insulin on a Thursday we waited an hour and went to pick it up the tech told us that they ordered it and it would be in tomorrow afternoon she called Friday afternoon and was told they didn't order it until earlier that day and won't be able to get it until Monday I can't believe the tech lied to us that is not something you like about i am looking for another pharmacy Safeway better hope she makes it thru the weekend
