The staff are always friendly and super helpful. I know I can count on my prescriptions being ready I need them. I always have a great experience with Safeway pharmacy.

If I could leave less than 1 Star I would,today was the final reason to leave after incident upon incident. My dentist called an antibiotic in for me last night & the sole pharmaceutical assistant claimed it never came in,when she did claim it she said my dentist didn't send it properly. Though that could have happened I doubt that it did happen,the pharmacist isn't horribly bright and is also rude! She was rude to my friend in person,and then rude to me over the phone! She then refused to fill my prescription,so apparently she can be unprofessional and rude but as the customer you can't speak up! They have messed up my medications a # of times, have insisted I make co payments when there are none and are just generally daft & unkind. You can also expect to wait a longtime to pick up meds,could be hours are days. I will not go back,anyway thanks all. Good luck.

After over 10 years of using this pharmacy I've switched to Costco because the level of service has become so poor. They refuse to answer their phone.

So I had to show this picture to everyone. I usually get the 5 dollar 8pc dark chicken special Mondays, it's a great deal for people on a budget.But today this is what I got (see below). Now keep in mind the fork in the picture is a small fork not a big one. I didn't know they cooked baby chickens???. I know times are tough but really??? Lol

Pharmacy has made multiple mistakes with pricing, doses, med types, and supply issues. When they have to correct these errors they never apologize but make excuses. Very poor communication and no customer service. Always too busy to do their job right.

Lisa M is the meanest pharm tech I've ever met. She regularly tries to make me use old coupons on my prescriptions after specifically asking for new ones. Upon my second request she again tried to make me use the old ones. She then proceeded this time to not allow anyone else to pick up anything at all until insurance numbers were changed which she claimed would be half of an hour to all other customers despite there being a second tech. Every single time I change coupons she purses her lips slams her hands on keyboards and almost literally throws whatever is in her way out of the way and is nasty the whole time, refuses to speak other than my total despite me being polite and professional. I get over 7 prescriptions here and don't want to change but this woman needs to stop treating people this way. We are in a time where prices of everything are rising at a fast rate and every penny counts and she makes me feel bad whenever I try to save extra money. My visit on 06/18/22 was the third time in a row she has been like this and each time she escalates her behavior worse and worse.

Prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner, their telephone message machine is always full and you can't leave a message. The information they've given me to schedule a vaccine appointment is nwver correct. I'm to the point of setting up all our prescriptions for home delivery, that way I will save the massive frustration that Safeway creates.
