This pharmacy is worse than the dmv. Long lines poor service and the head honcho blond lady with the dirty look on her face couldn't have a care in the world about her job. Just seems like a paycheck for her nothing more. There's a very good reason why this pharmacy has such a bad Google rating.

Prices are high and commonly out of stock on some very basic staple items. The deli is unreasonably over priced.

This Safeway has one of my favorite delis, especially the sushi artisan they recently hired has added a lot of extra fresh items to explore.

I wish I couldve not even given this pharmacy one star. I have never been more disappointed in a pharmacy and will never return. I was told my medication was marked as urgent and it would be ready within 30 minutes to an hour. After an hour and a half I show up only to be told I never requested it to be be filled. (I did in fact, IN PERSON). This is not the first time this has happened either. They then proceed to tell me my dr. prescribed the wrong medication after 2hrs of waiting and they don't have it in stock.If you rely on medication for quality of life, I beg you not use this pharmacy. I will NEVER return and have never felt more tossed aside.

Had to make a quick stop in at my local Safeway on Trent. Was by myself with my young children, at checkout scanning my items as the self checkout worker came up to me to compliment my kids. Normal for me until she tried to pick up my child by putting her hands under her armpits motioning to lift her out of my personal stroller. I called the manager after I got back safely to my car and was told that she just doesn't understand boundaries. Please be careful with your young children around this woman. Didn't get her name but I have seen her multiple times and have had to tell her multiple times not to touch my children.

I LOVE the store. The Pharmacy, however, not so much.I am in heart failure. My doctor prescribed me a new medication to lower my heart rate.I looked up the med on google and found out there was a recall back in February of 2023 from a certain laboratory that produces said medication.I called the pharmacy just to make sure it wasn't the same medication that was recalled. (Doing my due diligence)The pharmacist who answered the phone looked it up and told me that they did give me medication that had been recalled because they , and I quote, "had a few bottles left from before the recall".I will be switching pharmacies. The fact that they give out recalled medication because they have some leftover is not ok.Be careful with this pharmacy

Cashier at self-checkout this evening was rude and didn't know what she was talking about. The item I was buying was ringing up different than the sticker, so I went and took a picture and she refused to fix it. She totally wasted my time and I walked out without buying anything. Also the produce at this location is awful, so much moldy old food.

The people working there seem like they hate their jobs and it shows. They are also the worst at customer service. If you rely on monthly medicine don’t go here. If you need medicine right away don’t go here. Just don’t go here.

Called a day in advance was told it will be ready today, instead of filling it and hanging it they put it off now I have to go 2 days without meds this pharmacy is a joke

I ordered food to be delivered. I never received it. I was told by the evening manager, “it isn’t my problem after giving it to delivery person.” I did not pick the delivery service, Safeway did. They had no way of contacting driver, they stated. Further stated that I should go to all my neighbors and ask them. There was no, I’m sorry, we will make this right. I did reach the delivery service myself and they put a refund request through to Safeway.

These techs and the pharmacists have been the greatest blessing . They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond the spec of their job . They have always felt like special friends instead of just a business. Love you guys and appreciate you all .
