They don't deserve any stars but it's not an option I have been going to this store for the last 5 years as a regular and I have to say pretty disgusted and disappointed on how the management and staff has changed over the few years it is the worst store I have ever walked into as of 2 years ago you get harassed every time you turn around the employees are very disrespectful and rude management is a joke especially the redhead she likes to get into customer spaces they're very disrespectful towards teenagers My two boys went in their minding their own business over $150 worth of groceries to be treated as if they were a piece of dirt under someone's shoe slamming my products around busting opening the fabric softener to where it is literally all over call the manager to have this issue fixed The lady handed my son very disrespectfully a $25 gift card as if that's supposed to make it right called my child a liar and would not hear anything or look at photos that he had proof that she busted open product also my sodas were broken open because the lady in line three decided she was going to throw things if you do not like your job then go somewhere else there is a lot of other people that would love to take your position we do not deserve to disrespect and rudeness that we get every day if it wasn't for us shoppers they wouldn't have a job in the first place! Most definitely reached already out and working with corporate store is now under investigation and I guarantee I will keep it there until something gets changed we as customers do not deserve to be treated this way from no one!!

Recently they have made changes to their rewards program to which you have to use an app to get any of their weekly deals which is fine until you realize that the wifi in the store does not work making it a constant
struggle of squatting in the isle praying that the app decides to work. And once you get thru the struggles you might just be told from some associate that you can not get it because you got the same deal a week ago.
Long story short I'm going to yokes

Clean. There are lots of homeless people in the parking lot that try and pan handle. I had one try to get in my wife's face this past summer, and I thought I was going to have to throw hands with him. I understand everyone has struggles, but they don't need to be so rude and aggressive. It only happened once, but my wife won't go there at night alone if she can help it.
Other then that, the store is a typical Safeway. Friendly staff, clean isles, high prices... typical Safeway
