No baskets. It’s the ghetto. They have MorningStar Farm chicken patties and grillers on their app, but when I sent my man to go get me some, no one could help him find them. They told him that they don’t have them and so I had to guide him on the phone to where they were……. And he spent over 20 minutes looking for me prior. He’s a saint. This safeway sucks, avoid this location if you can.

Avoid at all costs. Safeway, in general, is expensive and should be avoided, but this store is particularly bad. A quarter of the store is locked up, and all the employees will assume you're a thief.

I came into the store to buy a couple of gift cards on 6/24. I was going to use self-checkout, the person in charge of self-checkout ( heavyset dark hair dressed in all black) was yelling at another lady (smaller lady gray hair) across the lobby by customer service. I didn't think this was appropriate to behavior. I then went to the cashier, Wood, to complete my purchase. The other two ladies continue to yell as I processed my transaction. The cashier did not say hello, she didn't smile, she didn't say thank you, she didn't hand me my gift cards (I had to pick them up off of the conveyor belt). Poor customer service experience.

Awful location if you are a doordasher. This location does not have shopping baskets and their self checkout also does not accept the QR code doordashers are supposed to use at checkout (only retail location I’ve had this issue at) which makes you go through an arduous process where you have to have a store employee manually do the payment for you.

Avoid this Safeway. Awful excuse for management. Was follow out of the store and taken photos of while loading my vehicle after self checking out and swapping what was rotting lemons on my way out the door. Accused of stealing and upon offering my receipt she immediately began to walk away.

I was there last night my neighborhood, I have never been so disrespected there was two people waiting for assistance I didn't know if anyone was coming so I said help need some help here a long-haired gentleman wearing a safety vest said I know dude in the most disrespectful tone I've never been disrespected by any store clerk ever and I've dealt with some disrespectful I will say Arabian people from the Arabian peninsula not yes sir we are coming not I know someone is on their way. I'm a rougher and I just got off the roof of my face was dirty but you can't judge a book by its cover you're supposed to treat everybody that's a paying customer with respect.
I will go out of my way to avoid that store from now on I will go to the Safeway on Hamilton
