Everytime I go the same lady is there. She has sharp rude attitude and isnt very helpful. The ladies at Shadle are better in the customer service area. I mean I think I got what I needed as she wasnt very helpful and was mildly rude about it and this is not my first encounter of the same thing with the same person so benifit of the humanity having a bad day thing is out the door. I will continue business with the Shadle store from now on.

Shoutout to Dez for helping me find the perfect color! I came in to find a new pink hair dye, this really nice girl was stocking the shelves in the hair dye isle and so I told her what I was looking for. She was super honest about all the brands and finding everything took less than 5 minutes. I'm so happy with the results and look forward to try more colors from this brand :) Best experience I've had at Sally's!!

The employee working today, a nice femme-presenting person with orange hair, helped me find the perfect combo of toners for what I’m hoping to achieve. She juggled several customers very well! She could have probably used another employee to ring so she could keep helping customers find the right products. She was amazing!

This Sally's is the only one in the area open past 7:00 p.m. and our family had a cosmetic emergency and raced from the valley to make it before they closed at 8:00 p.m. I made it with two minutes to spare the door was already locked and the girl inside pointed to her watch and shook her head. Any retail I've ever worked we had to keep doors unlocked until our actual posted closing time. I understand end of the night and wanting to go home but I wonder what corporate thinks of closing the door and losing on business before their stated hours. Extremely disappointing.

Went in to get more color today, the lady working at the front desk remembered me from the last time I went in. She said she knew the color I bought last time wasn’t going to work on my hair and that I needed to lighten it more first. If she knew it wasn’t going to work then why wouldn’t she tell me that before I purchased it? She then made me feel super self conscious because my hair was “orange and stringy”. Sorry but not going back to that store.

Very nice and very helpful staff. I had just cut my long hair into a short bob and needed help choosing a curling iron. The woman took her time to discuss all my choices and what to consider. She suggested a very good product to protect against heat as well. I appreciate such helpful and nice service. I recommend this Sally's.

The staff is so wonderful. I can't tell you how many times I messed up my hair and they told me how to fix it. No more box hair color for me. The ladies always point out in the right direction for the product that meets your needs. Highly recommend.

Love this location! Sherry is always so helpful and so fabulous. Everytime I see her I know I’m going to get the best service! Store is clean and well stocked! Love that they have added more curly hair stuff!

I love Sally’s and the help I usually get. However, not too happy with the cashiers gossiping at the counter while I needed help shopping. I gave up and just walked out.

Every time I go in the staff here is so nice! They take me right to where I need to go and recommend products that actually work! They never try to up sell me on anything, and last night the Girl who helped me out found me an amazing hair mask by Eva-Nye, the first conditioner to ever make my dry hair feel soft and look hydrated! Worth every penny. I highly suggest coming here if you wanna dye your hair or bleach it!

Customer service is severely lacking from one employee. The other atleast seemed to want to help, but the first lady was extremely abrupt and obviously very done with dealing with customers. Limited supply which is to be expected with Covid shortages, but they also mentioned a lot of stuff has moved online which isn't always ideal when you're trying to color match.

I asked what would help me best to get to dirty blonde. They offered me a color and my hair turned out brown and now I have to spend $2-300 at a salon to fix their mistake. I used color oops and everything but it refuses to budge.

Went to get some hair dye and processing caps. Then when going to pay, the cashier asked if I wanted some gloves. I said "sure!" Assuming they were free since they were in a plastic sandwich baggie. I thought "how cool! Complementary gloves. Nice..." then after I left I saw my receipt. She charged me $3.19 for a sandwich bag with 2 gloves in it!!!! Are you kidding me??? First of all that seems real sketchy and second.... $3.19!!!!!!!!!!!!???????? I have a hard time believing that was a legitimate sale. I'm home now and it's not worth my time to drive all the way back back for a refund. They should be ashamed of scamming people like this. They should disclose they are "selling" them to you for $3.19 instead of saying "do you want some gloves?" Shady.

Every single person that has ever helped me or cashed me out here has always been so nice. I always get anxiety going into Sally's stores but everyone here has always made the experience extremely pleasant. The older lady with curly blonde hair (I didn't get her name) helped me last time and was so unbelievably sweet.
