I came to SCE Fitness with an abundance of pain keeping me from exercising. KJay has in three weeks already gotten me over much of the pain so I can exercise without me going overboard causing more injuries, I am healing while pushing myself. Amazing program, great atmosphere, could not be happier.

Coach KJay (and all the coaches) care about their athletes as a whole person. There is of course the strength and conditioning side of life, but they also make it a point to be a better person outside of the gym. They do this by helping set goals, checking in regularly, and being available whenever I need help.
