As first-time parents, we had plenty of questions and nerves about enrolling our daughter, but from the moment I first spoke with J’Ann, I felt completely at ease. That initial call brought so much peace and even excitement about enrolling, especially after less positive experiences with other centers. We were quickly scheduled for a tour, and now here we are, almost two years later, with our daughter thriving at Kid Central. Every art project, song she learns, and photo shared reassures us that she’s in wonderful hands. The communication from Kid Central is outstanding. Every teacher is kind, approachable, and genuinely enjoys sharing how our daughter’s day went. The safety and security of the building provide even more peace of mind. Overall, our first childcare experience has been incredible! This is all thanks to the caring, professional, and dedicated staff and leadership at Kid Central. We couldn’t be happier!”

“My daughter has gone here almost 2 years now. She loves it! I love it! The staff are amazing, the director is fantastic at her job and her practices. I recommend this daycare as many time as I can. Very consistent schedule, consistent care, consistent routine. Sug also has many opportunities for the kids during the year, such as petting zoos and other opportunities and occasions where the parents and family can come and enjoy the fun! I wouldn’t want my daughter anyplace else as she is so attached to this daycare and her set routine is great.”
“My husband and I had taken a few tours all over looking for a spot for our infant. I'm extremely picky. As soon as we walked in, we knew this was the place. We continued the conversation, went out to the car and on the drive home called for the open infant spot. I also go and breastfeed during my lunch and I get to watch a lot of the teachers work with kids. I absolutely feel comfortable with the care provided to my baby. They truly enjoy what they do. I also love how well they communicate to parents.”

“My children are treated like family here. My child absolutely loves the staff and he is learning so much! We get pictures or videos daily of all the fun he is having & what they are learning. I love that they notify parents throughout the day of diaper changes, activities, and meals.
They put on so many fun family things outside of daycare. It’s nice to get to know the staff and the other families

“as a former student that attended the 2023-2024 school year here, for the time, it wasnt the best, but far from the worst. if I had one piece of advice for a new student, it would be to not become the center of drama because you WILL be socially persecuted. some of the teachers could do better, but most of them are nice and do a good job at helping their students. apparently this place has gone downhill since my enrollment, what a shame.”

“I can not say enough good things about this daycare. It's a little bit of a drive, but definitely worth it knowing our babies were getting the best care, education, and meals in Spokane county. Our kids were in 2 other daycares and did not come close to this. The staff were amazing and like family. They were very involved in keeping parents up to date with any accomplishments and possible issues. I wish every daycare had their quality and standard of care.”
