I rented a parking space here for over a year and had an excellent experience throughout. Dylan was professional from the very beginning and consistently provided top-notch customer service. He even gave me courtesy calls when I forgot to follow up on my bill, which I really appreciated. Anytime I had a question, he was always available and helpful. The property itself is well-maintained—clean, organized, and in great condition. I’ll definitely be renting here again in the future. Thank you!

We recently moved our motorhome to Northpoint and got a better price and a more convenient location. Unlike my prior storage lot, this facility is completely paved, super clean and very secure. This staff is terrific and anyone looking for a secure storage facility, you cannot go wrong with Secure It Self Storage at Northpoint.

Absolutely Terrible – Stay Far Away!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My van was broken into twice within a year at this so-called “secure” storage facility. All my tools—thousands of dollars worth—were stolen, and the management did absolutely nothing to help or even acknowledge the issue. They advertise “24/7 surveillance” and “top-tier security,” but that’s a complete lie. The gate is frequently left broken, and there’s clearly no real monitoring going on.
I trusted this place with my livelihood, and I’ve paid the price for it—twice. No accountability, no real security, and no care for their customers’ property. Save yourself the loss and go elsewhere. This place is a total joke.

Recently went threw my old storage that's sitting awhile. Wouldn't recommend somehow stuff stolen from my unit, inclu c.ds a box of smoking things for vape and various new movies were added to my collection. Had a unit there for four years. And it didn't happen till more recently. When I was at recently as well was there past 10 and wasn't able to leave for another hour due to whoever had the phone only hung up had to call the non emergency number to leave

Make sure you are clear in communicating when you are vacating or they will charge you!!! I called in the middle of dec asking the date when my belongs needed to be removed and was told the 12 of January. I called again on the 4th of January just to confirm the date.. I was then told that I never gave a 10 day notice in which I would have to pay another month. I guess asking when your lease is up and wanting to remove your stuff by the deadline isn’t a clear indication that you’re moving out!!! I got hit for 185$ fee for the following month and I don’t even need it.. Trying to make a payment by phone is ridiculous too no one answers!!! The facility was nice and hassle free just make sure you are clear on your wants and needs or you will be paying for it !!! ?

Been at this facility for 1 year. Went today to winterize and cover our RV to find that someone has STOLEN OUR door, cut the water lines, took our TV/DVD player. What in the ACTUAL HELL?? Is there no one patrolling, no one notices a door removed?? Front desk clerk said we're screwed??? Said we could upgrade and move to a spot with a camera?? Like that would help anything considering they don't pay attention to what's happening there. We even went once a month to check on it. They make an OBSENE amount of money from all the renters and can't even patrol the lots, keep watch.. what the HELL are we even paying for??? Feeling incredibly violated and angry. Thank goodness we went today before it was stripped out completely. This is NOT OVER.. ?? Renters BEWARE!!!
