Been at this facility for 1 year. Went today to winterize and cover our RV to find that someone has STOLEN OUR door, cut the water lines, took our TV/DVD player. What in the ACTUAL HELL?? Is there no one patrolling, no one notices a door removed?? Front desk clerk said we're screwed??? Said we could upgrade and move to a spot with a camera?? Like that would help anything considering they don't pay attention to what's happening there. We even went once a month to check on it. They make an OBSENE amount of money from all the renters and can't even patrol the lots, keep watch.. what the HELL are we even paying for??? Feeling incredibly violated and angry. Thank goodness we went today before it was stripped out completely. This is NOT OVER.. ?? Renters BEWARE!!!

They post rules about what's allowed but yet the rules get broke and nobody does nothing. The units are nice but over priced but I need it so I am kinda stuck

DONT NOT USE THIS BUSINESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO RENT FROM THEM- Months ago we go to get our camper for winterizing and we can't get out because the spot in front of us has 2 vehicles in the spot with one of them sticking half way out. Which lead to multiple phone calls to get it handled- once they finally got a hold of the person who rents that spot, he was conveniently out of town and we had to wait.... which lead to our pipe bursting and causing over $250.00 in repairs. After we finally are able to get it winterized ,we drop off the camper and we think is all is well but when we went back on March 21 the person who parked behind us, hit our camper causing thousands of dollars in damage. We filed a police report like Jeremy - the regional manager said to do because other wise they wouldn't help us. The cop meets us on March 22 to check out damage and then gets into contact with the storage unit on March 23 and is told that they have to ask corporate to see the video. They wouldn't even show the cop any video. We have been storing our camper here for 2 years- and up until the last few months things have been good but the way they are handing it is beyond crazy!!!! Rent somewhere else and save yourself some grief. We shouldn't have to worry for a place thats called SECURE IT BUT since this happened they are more worried about protecting the people who hit us, than helping us- Its not like the company is being held responsible for the hit and run it would literally be the people who hit us. They don't care about property stored here just the monthly payments coming in. And after all this we get our camper towed out in March 29 & cancel our agreement and they won't even prorate us after everything to try and make it right, nor will anyone at corporate call is back.. DONT RENT HERE!!!!!! I wish I could give them a negative review!!!!

I agree with some reviews here. This storage business does not list prices for units. Instead going by market pricing, unheard of, never seen that, every other storage facility list prices online, whatever. I want to see prices, I want to get the best price along with comparable facilities. There are many other options for storage facilities comparable to Secure it, that have lower prices. A lot of facilities price match as well. I will take my business to a conventional storage facility business model, with set pricing visibility.

They take days on end to plow snow which is a bare minimum when you have a storage unit. It snowed one time on a Saturday and they gave the excuse that the plows were backed up on the following Tuesday. Somehow no other storage unit or business had trouble getting their snow plowed in 4 days. There were multiple cars stuck in the snow when I went there, once again, 4 days after it last snowed. On top of that they can’t seem to figure out how their own payment system works because even after requesting autopay multiple times they still just call me anyways asking for payment and then they’ll tell me there’s no card on file then there is a card on file then there isn’t a card on file… find a different storage unit trust me.

When I first started using this facility it was a great facility with friendly staff. Looking at the reviews, it appears that the good ones are mainly from over one year ago. Now, rate hikes (company says they don't set the prices, the market does. Note: Markets don't set prices, owners do) are a bit out of control. Realizing wage increases result in businesses having to offest them is a reality, but the hikes are not in line with wage increases. Very random. It is now more and more difficult to get somebody on the phone during business hours. They will call back, but takes a bit and may not be when I am available to speak with them. Makes it difficult just to make payments. I no longer live in the area so I am stuck with the price increase. I notice that they say they are no homeless camps in the area, which is not true. I still have a business located there just a few blocks away, and the homeless are definitely a problem. When clearing the area of trees, it cut down on the homeless issues, but they are not solved by any means. We have had to contact SPD for assistance on more than one occasion. If I was still in the area, I would be looking elsewhere. Staff has been courteous and no issues there from me. Perhaps if they could reign in a couple of these issues, I would update my rating, but for now, this is the best I can give.

The last thing this place should be called is "secure it." There has been multiple thefts Is in the outdoor parking section. Management stopped the overnight patrols. They Do not know how to run a company. I had a reservation for over a week to move Into a bigger unit. I even confirmed with them twice. And I get a call saying oh the manager has it rented out to someone else sorry guess you're stuck leaving your stuff outside where we don't "secure it". This place is a joke. There is homeless camps directly outside the fence that supposedly "secures it". Overpriced, And deftly not "secure it"

I am on auto payments and they hit my account multiple times. This has happened several times. I can see one or maybe two but since I have been going through this company its happened several times! Location is great but who ever handles the payments might need a new dang job!

You will not receive your deposit back, nor be prorated your money back you didnt use the time for. But they sure as hell can keep charging you a $35 late fee EVERY 5 DAYS.Would NOT reccomend unless you are so desperate. Apparently they feed on the desperate.

Hiked the rate $30.00 a month...so much for the "cheapest rental units in town" as was told to me by the person in the office. Not to mention, they were given an updated address twice in person and still didn't add to my account !

Use caution when renting from this company. Even after someone passes away, and the unit is cleared of all this persons belongings before the start of the new month, they still make the deceased person's family pay for one more month of the unit with nothing in it. The managers/staff members are disrespectful in their tone of voice and demeanor toward customers. They avoid replying via email and will not pass emails to corporate for a reply. So many other options for storage in Spokane. I would go with a different company.
