⚠️ Beware before renting here ⚠️
I would strongly caution anyone considering this place. They have a strict written 10-day notice policy buried in their contract — if you don’t provide notice at least 10 days before your rent due date, you’re forced to pay for another full month, no exceptions. It feels designed to trap tenants into paying extra rent. On top of that, they can raise your rent whenever they choose, which makes budgeting here stressful and unpredictable.
To make matters worse, the units have a mice problem, and management doesn’t take responsibility for the living conditions. For the amount they charge, tenants deserve far better.
Shame on them for hiding behind fine print and ignoring tenant concerns. If you value fair treatment, clear policies, and a safe place to live, look elsewhere.

We chose Secure It Self Storage this year for college move-out and have been so pleased. The facility is super clean, gated, secure, and a very short drive from the Gonzaga campus. The customer service was very helpful in getting the lease signed as I’m out of state and couldn’t get to the facility. Five stars to everyone at the Qualchan location.

Shane helped me at the Spokane Cheney location when additional advocating and phone calls to corporate were necessary. Great service and very clean and secure location with reasonable price prices. If I need storage, I’ll come back here.

Amy was super helpful and really kind to the three chaotic monsters I call children that I had with me. I called around to 3 different places and secure-it had the best price and the friendliest staff based on my short interactions with the other two offices. Highly recommend.

Hi had the best experience here, and possibly one of the best customer service experiences in my life, thanks to Anthony. I had visited a few other storage units and thanks to his professionalism I chose this business over the others, and I am so glad I did! I had the utmost confidence in him and the way this storage business is run, and felt good about leaving my precious handmade furniture my father built in their hands. I rarely write reviews, but needed to share my steller experience with the masses. Kudos to you Anthony!!!!

I have been using this facility on Cheney Spokane road for about half a year and I and very happy with my experience so far. This place is very clean, well maintained and secure. I just recently met one of their new employees named Anthony and I just have to say he is one of the nicest most genuine people I have had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. I hope to have more dealings with him in the future and I would love to see their company recognize they have an exemplary person representing them. I would definitely recommend this location.

Very clean and well maintained. Great knowledgeable staff that keeps eyes on everything and during winter keeps the snow manageable. Never have had any problems have been using them for years.
